Please be very cautious when buying…
Please be very cautious when buying furniture from this company (or rather this location). Their return policy is the worst I have even seen. They are nice to you when they are looking a sale and after you sign their contract anything goes wrong....you are on your own. The manager quoted 20% restocking fee, paying another delivery fee, no store credit, will not accept item back!!! Please go some where else. In addition, a table I saw there for $1300+ was at another store for $407. It's not worth it to go to Raymour and Flannigan. Horrible customer service from Manager, he was rude, dismissive, and defensive for no reason. I needed clarification and not even that he had time for. I'm frankly shocked and disappointed with their service, it's just not like before!

The order was to include a two seat armless loveseat for the sectional couch. They delivered to left facing loveseats.
We now have to wait for a new loveseat to be ordered and shipped.
