Fast, friendly and efficient service. Gene assisted us and he was helpful in the purchase of a sectional. I explained what I needed and that I had a credit and he nicely organized my order and delivery. I was unsure of the color of the sectional and after I left I checked the website and realized I ordered the wrong color. Once contacted Gene quickly updated my order to the correct color and sent me an updated order confirmation. I think that the floor models in that particular store were a little discolored. Maybe it was from the sunlight and probably from being there awhile. This was no fault of Gene’s but this is what had me second guessing the color I wanted. The stores should make sure the floor models represent the true color of the item or have the swatches available for customers to see. Otherwise great service, looking forward to my sectional. Would be happy to shop here again. I live in Bermuda and recently I see I can no longer view the site because I’m not in the USA so hoping that can change and the restriction can be removed so I can view the website for future purchases.

Our salesman was wonderful. Mr. Gonzales. He was informative, helpful, professional and courteous. He did not rush us and was not pushy. All traits of a good salesperson. He is a great representative for your company.

Went to the Watchung Store was treated to great service by Ray and Kyle helpful not pushy got a good price unline the experince I had at the Woodbridge Store. If wnay want good service and a good price for quilty furniture Go the the Watchhung store

What a bad experience with this store we buy our sofa’s with them and from the first time they bring like returned products stained they replace 1 sofa for another one and this sofa was also damaged they charge me like $300 for warranty and here we are I’m calling to see if they can replace it but they always said that they going to call me back same story people don’t buy anything on this store they will steel your money

The chair was supposed to be delivered today. I received a call that i needed to text id and a credit card picture. I canceled the order. I will never shop here again. We had trouble years ago with a purchase. I will shop here again

This most recent visit involved a mattress we weren’t quite comfortable with. Mac went above and beyond any manager I’ve ever dealt with over the course of my 48 years on this earth and made sure that I was 100% satisfied. I simply cannot say enough good things about him.
