We were in the market for another new mattress. After several unhappy visits to a local store, we decided to take a ride to the Hartford Store. From the minute we walked in and were greeted by Jose Medina, we instantly had a great feeling that we would be taken care of. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and sincere. He was very patient, honest, frank, and made us feel so comfortable without being pushy at all. He and the manager were fantastic to deal with we were so happy and relieved when we left the store. We will shop at that location from now on and refer them to everyone.

My recent experience was beyond my expectations! The sales person and the customers service people who completed the sale were fantastic. I had to return the next day to clarify an error on my order and Heather was really great to deal with, as were the two women behind the counter. They couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating!
