Been a month and I still haven't seen my furniture

Excellent customer service!!! We thanked Gene Starr for helping us. He was very courteous and gave us privacy and time to think to make the final decision.

Gene was absolutely amazing and SO helpful! He knew exactly what I was looking for!! Hope he’s there forever!!!

Ordered on 11/29. Still no email to say it shipped, or it is delayed. No communication at all. Very poor experience ordering from Raymour and Flanagan.

I was greeted by Stephanie Blannard. What a pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable young lady! She took me right to the furniture I was seeking. After placing most of my furniture order, I asked Stephanie to help with, what I thought, the nearly impossible task. I asked her to match a chair to a pillow from a couch I had purchased elsewhere years ago. She found me the perfect chair AND the fabric to match as close as one could get. Raymour @ Flanigan is very lucky to have such a knowledgeable and thorough employee! I will definitely seek her out on my next trip into the store. I will, without hesitation recommend Raymour & Flanigan because of STEPHANIE BLANNARD to all friends and colleagues.

We were looking for a new recliner to compliment our existing living room furniture. We needed it quickly, as our daughter was getting married and there would be pictures being taken. We were greeted by a friendly salesperson who showed us where to look and gave us time to explore on our own. She then met up with us and was able to help us find the most beautiful and comfortable recliner that arrived right on time for the big event. We couldn’t be more pleased with the service at the store and also the delivery men.

We were very happy with purchasing our bed. Our salesman Bob was very knowledgeable of the product, helped my wife & I to decide which bed was best for us. He took the time and we did not feel rushed to make a decision.
The bed was delivered in two days, which was remarkable. The delivery people were very efficient and set up the bed in remarkable time, they also removed all of our old bedding.
We would definitely recommend Raymour & Flannigan to all of our friends.

Both John and Bob were fantastic. Very knowledgeable, helpful and kind. No pressure. Found what I liked. Took a week to think about it and shop around. No harassing phone calls. Went back in and placed my order. When I told Bob we were going to be closing on our new house in a few weeks he was even honest about not opening a line of credit with them as it could impact our closing. Don't know of any stores that would risk losing a sale to protect their customer. I was so impressed by that!

Great experience at Raymour and Flanigan my sales consultant Mayte Sosa, was very helpful without being pushy. My wife and I purchased the Corolla 6piece sectional for our new home and we love it, sturdy and comfortable it is the centerpiece of our living room.

Sales person was knowledgable on the products and listened to us, showing only pieces that he knew would interest us. Delivery personnel were professional and accommodating. Overall great experience!
