Customer service was fine cost of the product was okay at the product home it was damaged to one of the cushion covers took a long time for the technician to come out and he brought the wrong cushion cover it's been quite a while since that was scheduled now we're scheduling a new one Don't understand why they don't FedEx the cover straight to us we can put that on ourselves you don't need a technician it's very inconvenient to have to set up a schedule and then wait around all day for somebody to show up put a replacement cover on the cushion just saying probably won't be shopping at raymour and flanigan anymore
I ordered two beds online
I ordered two beds online. The order process was easy. The one problem was understanding the option for delivery. I did not understand if assembly was before or after delivery to the room. I called for clarification but the representative had to put me on hold 3 times to answer my question. The answer was important because the bed would not fit through the door if previously assembled. I look forward to receiving my order.

We visited your store yesterday July 6. We were interested in purchasing 2 Camila chairs. As soon as your female associate asked what we were looking for she became totally disinterested in us. Obviously she wouldn’t be making much commission on 2 of these chairs. She then said she wasn’t familiar with that chair and no idea wear they might be in the showroom. At that point a customer came through the doors and she proceeded to yell from the back of the store “ I’ll be right with you” then she dumped us and went straight for her new customers who hopefully would be buying more than 2 chairs totaling 650.00. After finding the chairs ourselves we sat trying to decide which color to select, I felt angry and told my husband “ how does she not know this chair? It’s in every R&F email posting for the last 30 days or more!! I’ve worked at Neiman Marcus for over 25 years so I’m very familiar with commission sales. She won’t last long. We walked and later that evening I found 2 perfect chairs with free shipping they will arrive in a few days.

The salesman was a great person for the person receiving was kind of poor. He didn’t even wanna wrap up my furniture.
Lack of confirmation email or text for scheduled appointment
I received the text message to schedule the service appointment, after that the screen went blank and I received no confirmation email or text. So how am I supposed to know that the appointment I scheduled is actually schedule? I will have to wait until the night before to see if I get a phone call. The link that was originally sent to schedule the appointment is now expired.
Furniture was not delivered (not even on truck)
Furniture was not delivered (wasn’t even on the truck). This entire experience has been such a hassle and reflects incredibly poorly on a brand I used to go to for my all my furniture needs. This is the fifth - fifth! - missed tech visit or delivery for the same piece of furniture. I’ve had enough.

I had been calling to get replacement…
I had been calling to get replacement knobs for my furniture. And I had missed the phone call and when I was calling back multiple times on that day and on different days the recording would say sorry we missed your call and I could not leave a message. Once someone called today I was finally able to get a price of the knobs and order them. 3 stars because of calling and no one answering. The lady I spoke to today would get a 5 star for giving me the information I needed and even called me back to make sure I received the link for the order and payment.
