Our sales associate Evalet Lawrence was not only courteous and kind but very,very knowledgeable in the products she was selling. We purchased a complete bedroom set along with a mattress. We are hoping that the delivery and assembling of the furniture is the same quality that we received from Evalet. I would highly recommend not only Raymour & Flanigan but also Evalet Lawrence. It was a great experience buying a mattress at Raymour and Flanigan. The salesperson was so helpful and understanding. With our needs and even talked my wife get around by giving her a wheelchair. Because she has bad knees. Very friendly and polite. Excellent service I have been shopping at Raymour and Flanigan for a long time. Bought a bedroom set there and a living room set. And now a new mattress

The Veterans discount should always be a percentage of the cost of the furniture (10% or better), not a flat $10.

The sales prices also can be better.

But they do have good quality funiture, so ypu get what you pay for.

I must say buying furniture is mind bending but with the right salesperson it does make a big difference....Nelson was our salesperson and he did make a more relaxing experience...I also purchased furniture 3 years ago and Nelson was my salesperson then also...that is one of the reasons i came back to purchase again...Great person!!

Warm, friendly, pleasant... a pleasure to do business with. The selection of furniture online and in the store is sure to please whatever your taste is. Unlike other furniture stores (and I've shopped at the other stores) in my opintion, R&F is the best in quality and customer service.
