Yesterday 22/9/22 I had a new boiler installed by RBHM.
Your engineer Henry carried out the installation efficiently and was courteous throughout. He explained the operation of the boiler and thermostat and left the job clean and tidy. I was very satisfied with his work.

Damian had to fix some wiring following a new boiler installation. He was very efficient and carried out the job neatly and cleanly, explaining very clearly at the end what he had done. Given this job was on the Royal State Funeral Bank Holiday he was very sensitive to what was unfolding on the television. An excellent job, thank you, Damian.

Do not use this company. Initially good on the phone but then let down. Paid 50% deposit then they didn’t turn up on day for installation and left with no heating/hot water.

Our old boiler was 24 years old, we feared it was uneconomical and could break down when we needed it most, so contacted a few suppliers. Although not the cheapest quote, RBHM surveyor Richard suggested alternative boilers and locations for our requirements, which gave us a good vibe that this was a good company to use.
On the day of the installation, two very polite guys, Ryan and Arron arrived promptly and started fitting the new boiler, removed the old one, and did all the plumbing, electrical and flue connections to commision the new boiler and controls.
Their work was tidy and looks very good, overall we are very pleased with the service received, the only issue was the HIVE hub would not work, but this has now been replaced, and everything works perfectly.
We would have no hesitation recommending RBHM to friends and anyone interested in using the company.

We chose RBHM over some more local firms and very pleased we did. I contacted them on the Saturday & James? came on the Monday to carry out the onsite survey & discuss our requirements, which were for a new boiler, controls & new hot cylinder. We received their quote later that day, very prompt! The excellent price beat the competition. As our old boiler had virtually given up they offered to start the work on the Wednesday, if necessary. However we were content for the work to be done on the following Monday. Their engineer, Chris, actually turned up early, which was good. He got started straight away, draining the system, removing the old boiler & installing the new one. By the end of the day he had the new boiler tested & working. The installation of a new hot cylinder & new contols etc. were completed the next day. We were kept informed and involved as needed during the installations. Chris was very neat in his work, very pleasant & a pleasure to have in our house. What could have been a stressful experience was hassle free and I would wholeheartedly recommend RBHM on the basis of our experience. We actually had them to do some additional work about a month later. Again an excellent job, well done.

I chose RBHM over some more local firms (and the anonymous internet options) and very pleased I did. Firstly, Matt, who performed an onsite survey to compile a quote, did a more thorough job than others who surveyed - including checking water flow rate and gas pipe diameters. Then, he followed up with patience and professionalism as I explored different boiler options with him. I received good impartial advice which ensured I was well informed and happy with the choice and recommendation. (The price beating the competition also helped). On install day Ryan turned up on schedule and jumped right into the job, including replacing some pre-existing spaghetti pipework. All aspects of the install were tested fully, I was kept informed and involved as needed during the install, and he left the kitchen tidier than it was before he arrived. In the end you wouldn't have known someone had just spent half a day replacing my boiler. What could have been a stressful experience was hassle free and I would wholeheartedly recommend RBHM on the basis of my experience.

I have never dealt with this level of poor Customer service! Based RBHM lack of professionaliam we are now really concerned you have left our boiler in a dangerous position with our young children at risk!

RBHM engineer also left water now pouring out, it was previously dripping slowly - god only knows what was done on the inside of the boiler.

I had to call back four times - dispite being told you would call back to speak to me - RBHM still have not even had the decency to call me back!

We will never use RBHM company ever again and will leave honest reviews - as RBHM other reviews can't be true based on everything we have observed first hand with misfortune of dealing with RBHM company!

TL:DR - Excellent service by RBHM and would recommend. They are now booked in for my yearly service.

Pros:
- Not a one man band.
- Very detailed quote with all options that we requested. Any questions we asked the office and they provided accurate feedback by phone.
- During the install (new boiler/ relocation to loft and unvented cylinder) Scott and Mark did an excellent job to tidy up old pipes and installed to a high standard.
- Job took slightly longer than planned but they left us with working system while waiting for follow up engineer.

The RBHM provided a comprehensive initial survey to assess our situation, and recommend the best replacement system of the old boiler with hot cylinder.

A competitive quotation was given for a new Combo boiler with a detailed specification of all the necessary equipment and fittings to complete the programme of work.

Engineers Chris & Aaron from RBHM installed our new Viessmann Combi Boiler over a two day period, and were most professional and friendly throughout, with minimum disturbance to us. They arrived on time, kept things very tidy, and explained each stage of the work being carried out, including the controls before leaving.

The RBHM company offers a professional service of a very high order and we have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone wishing to update and install a replacement boiler.

I had a 1960’s water heater and old warm air unit replaced with a Viessman boiler and new radiators. The whole experience was great. Every part of the process went smoothly and it was easy to feel confident that they’d do a good job. The two installers (Mark and Richard) were really professional, clearly wanting to do a high quality job and taking time to get things absolutely right. I’d strongly recommend them.

The service engineer arrived fully Covid compliant, carried out the service efficiently, explained the procedure in a manner understood by me (84 years of age!), completed the required documentation, and before leaving gave me the opportunity to ask any questions relevant to the operation of the boiler.

Rbhm worked hard to get my system working again, trying lots of different things. Eventually they managed to track down the offending blocked pipes and even though I had a new boiler and a new emersion heater fitted, I found them easy to talk to and they tried their hardest to keep the costs down.
I would use them again and have recommended them to my neighbour who has now had a new boiler fitted by them.

RBHM we're great. After our previous boiler was condemed RBHM sorted out the ancient old plumbing and fitted a new Viessmann boiler, new hot water cylinder in the airing cupboard and hooked it up to our Hive controller in just over a day. Works a treat and much cheaper to run than the old Potterton floor standing unit :)
