From the initial survey, to installation RBHM have been excellent, great communication and help from Matt in getting the contract, finance and install set up. Ryan and Toby carried out the installation to a high standard, keeping us updated on what they were doing and the progress of the install, when complete they ensured everything was left clean.

Arrived on time, and the engineer was polite , prof and courteous.
Noticed we had low gas pressure on the gas meter regulator and phoned it in for us to the gas safety people who responded quickly and rectified it. Great service.

We had our old back boiler removed from the fireplace in the living room and a new boiler installed in the kitchen. We were most impressed with Mark and Toby who did the installation. They made an excellent job with a lot less intrusion than we expected. We would definitely recommend this company.
