We had a new boiler fitted last week by John and Malcolm, who were very polite and professional. Had a bit of a problem, but this was soon rectified the next day. Boiler working fine and would recommend RBHM.

I made an appointment got the quotes paid deposit and within a week boiler was fitted and running. Very nice helpful people to deal with . Super professional.

I was extremely pleased with the fitting of our new boiler. The team were great at explaining what they would be doing and going through the controls etc. They cleaning up after the job was completed and left no rubbish behind. Excellent job well done, Thank you.

Great service from initial contact, through to completion. Richard our surveyor helped talk through options, even revisited to answer our questions; Ben and Nick the installers were a pleasure to have working in our home; extremely helpful, friendly and happy chappies, a fab team! Looking forward after 17 years to consistent hot water and heating which we are already enjoying. No hesitation in recommending to anyone.

Friendly, knowledgeable and competent team with fantastic workmanship. Local, cheaper than British Gas with better service and offer double the length of warranty. What’s not to like? I would highly recommend.

I had a gas fired hot air heating system removed and conventional boiler with radiators installed. I had two highly skilled, hard working men (Ben and Nick) who undertook the work during a heatwave with temperatures of 30 degrees + and goodness knows how hot in the attic! Even so they kept smiling and nothing was too much trouble. They tidied up as they went along. Turned up when they were supposed to and all went very well. I had three quotes for this job and they were also the best price. I’m really pleased 😀

They are easy to talk to when you contact them. The engineer who came to do the service and repairs was professional and friendly and I am confident now that my heating system is in perfect order.

The work was done professionally and fast. The boys were excellent and I have no complain at all . One small thing ( not very important ), the holes in the wall were roughly cemented .

We recently had a new boiler,hot water tank, valves and controls fitted by RBHM. Whole process was worry free. Surveyors answered all our questions. Price was excellent.
Special mention to the fitters Malcolm and John. They were both extremely helpul, professional and tidy. Nothing was too much for them.

Overall cost of boiler, good value for money compared to other companies

From the initial contact with RBHM, to the on site survey and then installation and finally the outer brickwork, the whole process was efficiently managed. Ben and Malcolm did the boiler installation work and in my view, are a credit to RBHM, they worked well as a team, were polite, professional and very neat and to a very high standard. The outer brick work was completed by Toby, and here to the work was done to a high standard
