BEWARE!!!! NEVER BUY FROM HERE!!!!!
Put in an order, took the money and never received the goods. Several attempts to refund my money and still nothing!!!!!

Never buy from here!!!!
Didn't receive my products I paid for.
Terrible at best customer service

This has to be the worse company that you could deal with, made an order in November 2021, received email from them stating a 2 to 3 week delay its now February 2022 and still no products and they are not replying to my emails. Also they continued to advertise the product even thought they knew they did not have stock and could not deliver. stay away from this company very bad company to deal with.

I should have read the reviews before l placed my order. All that l read is exactly what happened to me. It's my first time being scammed. I will be making sure l check before l buy next time l order anything on line.

Everybody who has purchases with this company and used Paypal should report it to PayPal on phone number 1800 054378 or go to Resolutions Centre and lodge a claim I got my money back within 8 hours of doing so Sophie R responded finally with a refund email with apologies, such shonks committing such fraud hopefully they will get what's coming to them!!! Utterly disgraceful!!!!

Like most of the other complaints same thing happened to me. I ordered.. they reply thank you for your order but item is out of stock (whilst still advertising product as “in stock”) ... eta 3 weeks... I wait 3 weeks ...no product,..ask for money back ... another 3 weeks .. I demand my money back .. they block my emails. I write to consumer protection.. in the meantime miraculously I get my refund... I cancel my Consumer protection complaint but tell me they should investigate. Surely they must know about this company and others that have the modus operandi? Great way to scam because if say 40% of customers give up these scum bags pocket the money. Jesus what a fu...d up world! Bring back good old fashion go to the store, see product, buy.

Last month I have placed an order with this store. After seeing reviews I thought to cancel my order, but felt like to see for couple of days more and cancel the items. Received the order in a perfect way, products are also good. I am quiet happy with this store!!

SCAMMERS DO NOT SEND PRODUCT AND DO NOT REFUND

I ordered product on their web site.
Two days later I received an email from Sophia advising no stock. Despite offering a refund, none was ever provided.
They use the name NSW LINK PL in the EFTPOS system which emulates or could even operate from the NSW Public Transport Department in Parramatta NSW Australia.
The company is in breach of Australian tax law as they do not have an ABN but charge GST which they of course keep.

This is a scam. They took my order and now are not replying and products never received. I’ve been emailing and trying to contact since March.

Like all the other persons posting reviews I too ordered from RCH and later received an email saying the product had gone out of stock. They offered a refund which I accepted however, after many many many emails and a Dispute lodged with my bank after 4 wks I finally received a refund. Don't give up, report them to your bank and Consumer affairs. This is how they make their money as people give up - CONTINUE to email them and ask for details, date etc of the refund.

COMMITTING FRAUD DON'T USE THIS COMPANY
Like all the other reviews they say it is in stock then let you know sold out still waiting on refunds x 2 no contact number endless emails still have not received refund.

Ordered a product that was later found to be out of stock. Was asked if I wanted to wait or a refund. Requested a refund but still not received I will give a bit longer then take some action to get my money back. Sick of receiving emails to tell me they are looking into it. You will be getting a visit

Ordered on 18/3. Advised hand sanitiser not in stock on 20/3. Request refund. Only received today 4/4 but I had to continually email and annoy them to get it.

Do not recommend you buy from this site.

I paid for two hand sanitiser products from this company. They contacted me to say, they had sold out and offered me a refund. Two weeks later and several emails from me reminding them and I still don't have a refund. I've reported them to State and Commonwealth authorities for profiteering from COVID pandemic.

SCAM. Ordered a product back in August, same response as everyone else. Still no refund. How do we get this site shut down??

Please don’t trust this company!!! They will take your money and continually tell you they will get the product in and then it never comes.
I had read reviews and stupidly believed the majority of good ones only to get stung.
Been waiting 4 weeks for a product and now been told it will be an additional 3.

I also like everyone else on this forum received a email saying product out of stock and never received the refund or product.

Why are items sold that are out of stock? Then Im sent an email stating the order has been recieved.

There is no communication that it is out of stock. 17 days later I email wondering where it is. To be told its out of stock. No indication as to when its coming. It was ordered on the 16th Oct.

Still no communication as to when its coming.

I was not answered about why the items sell when there is no stock. All i was told it is out of stock and they would keep an eye out for it. I would assume someone would be paid to do so.

I have 2 autoimmune deceases. So I need the vit c. So I have had to buy else where at a further cost as I need 5g a day.

Maybe some thought and consideration could be made and more items bought so people like myself dont end up sick because it hasnt arrived. Isnt that what the company is about.
