IT IS OBVIOUS THAT ALL PRETENDED POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE FAKE!!
My experience was similar to the one of many users, after placing an order with this company early August 2019, I was advised a few days later that they had ran out of stock and were looking at a few weeks delay before restocking. I was offered a refund or a later shipment, which I initially agreed with. I recontacted them mid September and was told that they had trouble getting the products I ordered and was again offered a refund which I then requested. This has not occured weeks later and they do no answer my emails anymore. Also, to note that within 48h of placing my order, fraudulent activity took place on the card I had used...

DO NOT TRUST!!!!!!!

Scam site which will take your money, then tell you your product is out of stock and would you like to wait.
When you finally request a refund, you don’t receive it. They then ask how you paid and for your bank details to help with the refund. ‘Sophia R’ replies to your emails telling you to ‘rest assured this will be fixed within 48hrs’ but once again, no refund. **SCAM WARNING**

Spiral Foods Kukicha Tea Bags- As it contains less caffeine and can be taken even by the children, I order it frequently from the RCH store. My in law, husband and children all start their day with Kukicha. There are other stores as well offering the same product but RCH is going fine with me as whether its is for prompt delivery or after purchase support.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!!!!!

THIS COMPANY IS FRAUDULENT!!!

I ordered 14 products from RCH on the 29th May. The money was immediately debited from my PayPal account but I didn’t receive a confirmation and didn’t receive any goods so I sent them an email on 6th June asking to confirm that they had received my order.

“Sophia R” replied to say that they were supposed to get the stock from the supplier yesterday but for some reason there was an issue and there would be a delay of 3-4 weeks.
I then asked which of the 14 products were out of stock. The reply came that they were ALL out of stock. I immediately asked for a full refund which they said they “requested their accounts department” to do on the 8th June.

Nothing came through.

On the 18th June I sent an email asking them to check on the refund status. “Sophia R” replied again saying she would “escalate with their accounts department with the highest priority.” And then asking what my mode of payment was and asking for my bank details to speed things up.

Having looked on this forum and seen the other complaints I was not in a rush to hand over my bank details!

I told her I paid by PayPal (which she should already know) and asked to be refunded back to that.

Of course, nothing has come through. I have escalated to PayPal, and will be raising it with the Consumer Protection Agency.

I urge to please NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE SCAMMERS!!!!!

I purchase some washing liquids in bulk ,I am happy to find this store as I can find all which I need here and they delivered on time. I hope to get the same service for my future orders too.

I bought some products really cheap and was thrilled at the price, I am liking their collection and the products ordered, Now I decided to be a long time customer for them. Trustworthy and safe. Overall awesome experience.

Customer service, delivery time, after support are all prompt.

Product ordered in March. "Out of stock" but still listed on website. One month later, still no stock. I forgot about the order until December. Followed up. Was told it had been shipped and delivered in August and given a tracking number - that didn't exist. More follow up. "Ticket raised" with dispatch team. Follow up again. Refund offered. Said I would prefer product. That email went to their Spam folder by the time they received it, they had "sold out" - again, still listed on their site.I am reporting this company to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission and suggest anyone with similar experience do the same.

I paid in rch recently for an order and had a problem with an item I received. It didn't work. I was able to return the product easily.They refunded my money immediately after a couple of emails exchange.

There are certain items which I was tired of searching at local stores. But the search ended at RCH site. The products are of great quality and contain no additive. Thanks!!!

100% SCAM do not give credit card details, they will tell you many lies like it’s out of stock or you sent wrong email , they will offer full refund but never give it and then stop answering emails. Please report this fraudulent company to scam watch Australia . They have many fake reviews but if you sift through them you will find many people have been scammed.

Do not trust this company! Ordered product back in MARCH (4 months ago) - they were not in stock and offered refund or replacement. We requested a refund - 4 months later - NOTHING. No refund or communication. They don't even have a phone no - Dodgy. AVOID this company like the plague!

My cousin has introduced RCH to me as she is a regular customer. Being shopping for the first time, I was little suspicious. ordered my favorite snack from them as I have to travel by air and need it. I loved their service. As soon as I emailed their cust service they sent it to me even before I was supposed to get. I recommend to all my friends in Australia.

Item purchased in May from their website not in stock. No refund received, it is now July. Still no refund. Scammers?

i have been an online shopper for a few years now and this store sounds very good to me this is 5th time that i purchased something from them and seem no trouble till now. prompt response, nice and safe package. las time got the goods with ice pak which make me more impressed. normally most of the shops doesn't do this.

This website has affordable products compare to other websites! and trust me, i would know because i was comparing every single product.
The company also offers GREAT coupons! Which is great because i always purchase lots of items and it's nice to see the price go down a lot.

Ordered a bunch of items last month and i got pretty quick response saying that they are out of stock of one of the items from my cart and I opt for a replacement.

I had bad experience with online purchases before with many other stores. This is second time I ordered with RCHNaturalProducts
