I order from these guys very frequently, and each time I receive a confirmation email detailing my purchases and a notification when my package is shipped. I recently spent approximately $550 and when I notified them that the package hadn't shown up within the expected time frame, they responded to my email within an hour and offered to replace all of the products. Honestly would not speak more highly of this brand and would recommend them to anyone and everyone!
