Had our phone system intsalled over 30th and 31st March 2022. The engineer, Ben was amazing. Ran through the entire setup process with us and explained what he was doing every step of the way. Any questions we had, he answered them with no problems. He was very polite and friendly which made the whole process far easier for all of us in the office. He even helped us out with other requests we had!

Phone system is up and running and working incredibly. Anyone wondering wether or not to go with Reach, give them a go!

James & Dan installed the company's new phone & internet system.
They were polite efficient and professional, explaining clearly how to use the systems, answered questions and checked before they finished that we were happy with they equipment and understood the key features and how to operate them.

We have been with Reach for a few years having upgraded our 40+ year old analogue system to a digital system, and this time moving over to a VOIP system.

The engineer, Iain was clearly very experienced with a high level of expertise. On both occasions the work was done quickly and cleanly, with training on the new systems was thorough and easy to understand.
