Used for a move and the whole process was straightforward and well organised. The team was professional and easy to deal with.

Had to move from Peterborough to Scotland at relatively short notice. I dealt with Sarah in the office who was an absolute star and ensured everything ran smoothly and at a good price. The guys who delivered the goods up North faced some challenges but dealt with it all in good humour and everything went very smoothly. Great service.

Fantastic service. Professional, polite, and incredibly helpful throughout. Sarah in the office was a pleasure to communicate with - nothing was ever too much trouble. The removal crew were first-class - organised, knowledgable, hard-working and took great care with everything. James in particular went above and beyond to make the move as easy as possible. Sarah was amazing! She sorted everything out perfectly. The lads on the day were faultless, we had a massive move with some really heavy furniture and nothing was to much trouble. These guys really took the stress out of the day. Hire them you won’t be disappointed.

The whole team, from Sarah doing my video quote to the guys suffering defrosted cherries and a terrified dog were brilliant beyond words.
It was a hellish move, we didn't even know until afternoon on the the day of departure that were were even going to exchange that day. The house we moved into was akin to a crack den, yet the team just got on with what they had to do with no fuss and a sense of humour.

At a time when removals companies were virtually impossible to employ we found Sarah at Reads incredibly helpful. She couldn’t do enough to help sort our move. The guys turned up on time and were extremely helpful and even though delayed at the new property due to slow transfer I funds within the chain they stayed the distance and didn’t complain in the slightest. All in all during a very stressful time this Company and in particular Sarah were absolutely brilliant!

Unlike some other removal companies, Reads Removals and their associated group companies were quite literally brilliant, I honestly couldn't fault any part or element of the service we received!

We recently moved from Cambridge to Bedford - moving a one bedroom flat into private storage; mostly furniture, with some disassembly and rebuild. This was the second time that we had used Reads. The move went very well, and the chaps who did the work, Michael and Christopher, were great - courteous and professional. We would not hesitate to use Reads again.

Removal staff were very helpful. No rushing and took care of everything.

Moved from Peterborough to Ferndown, chaps were prompt, helpful and friendly. All items packed well and no breakages. Even when I was delayed in traffic on my journey down south they were understanding. Great service thank you.

Reads really did go the extra mile. The loading on the wagon was swift and efficient. The truck struggled to get into the new street for the delivery, so the two removal men carried everything about 500 yards from the main road. They were polite, pleasant and cheerful. And all my furniture and belongings were moved without a single thing being scratched or damaged.

Just wanted to say how pleased we were with the Reads removals team during our recent move from Cambridge to Nottingham, in particular Michael and David. They were endlessly helpful, friendly and hard-working and took great care with our belongings.
