Placed my order 31/03/20. Still have not received my order!
Contacted yourselves to chase my orders 18/04/20.
Told no order for my Africa chair but one for my Africa bean bag.
Money taken for both items.
Spoke to Mohammed 18/04/20, I was on the phone for over 30mins to be told no order existed.
After Mohammed corrected the order error I was told both items would be shipped 23/04/20, with a 24-48 hour delivery with dpd.
I have still not got what I paid for 28 days ago.
I am extremely disappointed with your service!
The entire process has been unprofessional and poor.
When I can I have me items which I have paid for????

Well.....the order process started OK. I chose the items I wanted and placed the order - paying with PayPal. I was advised by PayPal that the payment was being made by some sort of "e-cheque" system that would take 7-10 days to clear.

After about 8 days, there was a knock on the door and a large box was left at my doorstep and the delivery man was on his way. No advance communication on delivery date/time.

This was the point where I realised that after 8 days, they had delivered my order....BUT....NOT to the delivery address (the items were for my son 80 miles away).

So....on to the telephone....no answer....left a message. Also left a message via the website messaging service.

Called again the next day - left another message....no reply.

I re-packed the parcel and paid £8.49 to have Hermes collect and deliver the parcel to the correct address.

The next day, I found on their website, a normal email address which I used to describe the problem and to warn them that I was going to ask PayPal to refund me the "onward delivery cost".

I finally got a fairly quick reply, an apology, an acknowledgement it was their fault, and a £10 refund to cover the extra delivery cost. The person also said drastic and immediate action was being taken to address there customer service section....

So....I was pleased to get my expenditure refunded.....but beyond that !!!!!!!

Fast delivery even through these times, great price, fantastic item, would buy again and recommend

Exceptional value for money. Delivered quickly and for free.... Would recommend 14cm deep as opposed to 10cm or less being the norm. Not for tall people.

We never received it! Still waiting for a response to my query but had to buy one from a shop as this did not arrive on time. I would like a refund please.

Excellent customer service when item did not arrive. However, could not give 5 stars as they use Yodel as the delivery company.
Would not order from again unless the delivery company was changed as Yodel always cause a headache.

We received the bed quickly and our son is so happy with his new sofa bed. Great for bed time story time.
The matress is nice and firm and the fabric is a nice quality.

Ordered for my twin grandaughters as they love the one at playgroup.The sofa is lovely and a perfect size for 2 year olds but I was disappointed as i had no updates regarding dispatch or due date after I had oredered and paid for the item

I had some issues onsite where I didn’t get an order confirmation page when I placed my initial order and as I didn’t receive an email either I assumed it hadn’t gone through. I then placed the order again a day or so later and whilst I got an order confirmation page this time I didn’t get any email confirmation. After a few days a phoned customer services (of which there were no office hours published on the website) to check to see if the order had been placed, they were very good and explained that I had two orders outstanding and that they would both be delivered that day and that I could refuse delivery of one. Despite these issues the chair when delivered was well wrapped and lovely and will be much loved by my little one.

My three year old is delighted with his new chair bed - it was bought for when his cousin sleeps over but he insisted sleeping on it himself last night! Great quality for the price point.

Lovely quality children's chair. Excellent selection, comfortable foam chair rather than hard wood! Removable cover to machine wash, and quick delivery.

Ordered 2 chair beds. Happy with one and wanted to exchange the other. Emailed twice and have not received a response in almost a week. Disappointing customer service.

Fast delivery, kids love sofa and chair, would be better if it was a bit bigger, looks a tad small for my 14 month old.

Curtains very thin and curtain hooks quite cheap, the pattern is fantastic but overall not great. The light easily filters through.

Bumper cot set, the bumper is great good quality, pillow case and duvet cover same material and make as curtains, so not the greatest.

However for the price you can’t go wrong, especially with kids. I’m very pleased with service and products.
