A lovely design, a good looking & good sized sofa bed, affordable price & a quick delivery. When telephoned for more information prior to selection the company was polite & helpful. Hassle free purchase.

I received my order within 3 days, excellent service, good quality and value for money. Daisy loves her Safari bed and duvet cover. It’s perfect for sleepovers at Grandma’s, I don’t need to worry about her falling out and it folds into an useful ‘chair’.

Communication could've been better regarding delivery.

ReadySteadyBed were not able to supply the bed I’d ordered but did let me know. We discussed it and I chose an alternative. I had the conversation about the choices on a Thursday, the bed arrived Saturday. The bed itself is great, just the sort of thing I was looking for and very happy with my 2nd choice pattern.

Brilliant product but terrible communication

Order of cushion slabs for my Grandchildren was scheduled to arrive Friday 13th, had email and text message saying on it's way via DPD with link to tracking number.
Nothing!
Contacted them by phone today and man I spoke to muttered on about missed pick up, should leave their warehouse today! I asked "how come then the tracking for DPD shows it's on its way?"
I said should is NOT good enough, when will my order arrive?
He checked and will be there Wednesday!
He did offer that when it arrives I ring up and they'll action a £10 refund!
May upgrade my opinion after Wednesday!

Very satisfied with the bed, ideal for grandchildren.

Bed arrived very quickly. Ideal as a children's bed and my grandchildren love it.

Disappointed - ordered a dinosaur foam chair, on the pattern there isn’t one whole dinosaur lots of bodies and no heads! and some visible stitching -contacted ready bed to ask for another cover, so I could send old one back, no communication in return, good size for a toddler and cover is removable

I think there is always room for improvement and so I gave 4*. They aren't the greatest 'seats' / 'chairs' mainly due to the award low back support...HOWEVER I bought 2 of these for my childres rooms for ocassional sitting use but mostly to accommodate their friends sleepovers and for that purpose they fill the bill!

In summary, they appear to be very good quality, comfy and the material/print is excellent.

Very good product . My son loved it a lot , going to buy again from this company .
