I never received my order from them and I ordered them last year in December

I purchased a Rebornstore.com doll for my granddaughter for Christmas, and the doll arrived 4 weeks late, was so creepy & cheaply made, painted with bright orange paint, AND did not even resemble the doll I purchased for over $120. I tried numerous times to contact them for a refund & each time received the response, "So sorry!" I paid for it with PayPal, thank heavens. PayPal DID give me a refund. Don't do ANY business with Rebornstore.com or TUOPUTECH CORPORATION who handled the transaction. They must be scammers!

I gave one star since there is no option for 0 stars, this is a total fraud. Thank God I paid with paypal and had to open a claim to get my money back. They kept saying they shipped the doll to my mother but after 2 and a half months there was nothing. They are very rude as well. Do yourself a favor "dont even try to buy anything from them " totally SCAMMERS" dont fll for it please. I hope this help some people and stop them from ripping people left and right.

I would not order from them. Totally a scam! I decided to buy tge much larger life size dolls for more money. I ordered 4 dolls for my granddaughters. The first shipment came in about 2 weeks. I put it aside. Went I went to wrap it I looked at them. To my surprise 😮, they weren't the dolls I ordered at all! And tge one doll was disassembled! I was livid! I contacted them immediately where they offered me a free doll outfit for my trouble. Then 20% off the 50% I paid through PayPal got them involved. Of course they were willing to give full refund if I were to return products to China but I had to pay for the postage. That would cost a fortune! I decided to take the 50% which was worth it . At least for me , my dolls weren't ugly! I guess just the small ones are.

NEGATIVE STARS. Scamming site. I can't believe they can get away with this. The doll i ordered and doll we received was nothing alike. And the eyelashes are falling off. So disappointing. I knew the price was a red flag but the site seemed that legit and just thought we were getting cheaper dolls or them on sale. What a waste of money. Jow you can take peoples money and break little kids hearts is beyond me. Sick Jerks. I want my money back!!!!

Absolutely horrible! I have pics! I placed a claim to get my money back. Wow horrible company and wasted my money!

Received a baby totally different baby doll from what i ordered. Ugly. Hairless. And i could have buy better and cheaper from walmart or amazon.

Dolls these scammers send out are plastic and tiny about 10” nothing at all like what was advertised.I am very disappointed!!!!!

I was really excited about the dolls when I saw them online. I ordered 3 dolls for my granddaughter’s for Christmas all different. When they received the dolls I was very disappointed all the dolls were just a like. They didn’t resemble neither doll that I ordered. They all came in plastic bags, no names, no clothes. I will never support this business again.

They are scam!! Ship from China. Horrible quality. Can't return due to they want you to ship it back to China, which will cost you same as you paid for dolls.

SCAM! DO NOT ORDER FROM THiS PLACE!! we order 12 inch Blanco baby girl and received a doll that not only looks nothing like the pictures, it looks like it came from the dollar store. She is missing an entire set of eyelashes over her right eye and the hair falls out in chunks just by running your fingers through it. We purposely oedered the mini version at a lower cost to check the quality of the doll before spending the money to purchase the full size dolls and im thankful we did!

I too wish I could give zero stars. I ordered a doll for my granddaughter and when it came it was NOTHING like the picture. Cheap doll I could have gotten from WalMart for 1/4 of the price. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!! Just like the government of China, they are shysters, unethical and scammers!

I wish I could give zero stars. DO NOT ORDER FROM THAEE SCAMMERS!!! I ordered 2 dolls for my niece, a boy and a girl. I got 2 very cheap girl dolls with Santa hats. Not at all what I ordered. I filed a complaint through PayPal Hopefully I’ll get my $75 back.

Received my 4yr old Godchild's Christmas gift about a week after Christmas. Open the box to great disappoinment. Looks NOTHING like what I ordered. I also ordered the gift box special for $10 more for free gifts, to which I got nothing more than the cheap doll. I emailed and while I did get a reply, they offered me 20% back. I told them that wasn't near enough since the doll wasn't worth it, that I'd like a pre-paid label to send it back and get a full refund. She then let me know they don't provide postage to return items, that I would have to pay it myself and ship it to China, which would be costly. She then offered me 50% back. I told her I'll take half my money back but I'm doubting I'll ever see it. I think I paid with PayPal so I plan to file a complaint with them. This site is scamming people and needs to be taken down. Lesson learned.. NEVER ORDER FROM CHINA!!! I wish I could upload photos to show what I ordered vs. what I received.

Ordered a beautiful biracial baby for my great granddaughter for Christmas. Ordered it December 3 2020. Didn’t get the doll until the 29th of December. The doll was nothing like the doll I bought. The doll I received was a Walmart 7.99 plastic doll. About 12-13 inches long. It was suppose to be an 18”doll. I paid with PayPal and got my money back. Will never do business with this company again

They sent the wrong doll a d refused to send me the right one or refund my money.they wanted to charge me $70 for the refund when it was their mistake! The doll i received was hideous cheap trash. Do not buy from them

Scammed once again! Ordered a doll from this company, only arrived today after having to get PayPal involved! Well to say that it is a disappointment would be an understatement! The “ doll “ looks like Trump from the back and Chucky from the front! It’s like something out of a horror movie! I’m now facing the battle of trying to get my money back.SCAMMERS.

Scam takes 5 weeks and they send you a plastic piece of junk.
A hard doll looks like it cost 5 dollars. Beware they should be arrested for this scam. Shame. SHAME

beware!!!!! This is a total scam. I would give it a zero. Don’t be fooled by the beautiful pictures. It looks like a cheap Walmart plastic doll. It takes forever to get it and I only received 2 of the 4 I ordered. So disappointing when I thought I was getting four expensive beautiful dolls for my grandchildren for Christmas. Not!!!!😢

I can’t believe what they sent me, it was a plastic little doll from the dime store, you have so much coming to you, I’m turning all my information over to my lawyer on Monday morning.this is twice I have ordered a doll didn’t get the first one (guess that was a good thing now. But you may get by with this now but you soon will come to a end you are the worst of the worst and I will see to it you will pay......
