Horrible. I’ve been trying to contact them about my purchase but no response. I’m still waiting for my delivery

If there was a zero rating I would leave one. This company shouldn’t be trading.
From looking on this forum others have had similar issues. They don’t respond to emails and I have now been waiting a month for delivery. Shocking. Instagram also allow them to advertise. Don’t buy from them. Shocking company.

Do not buy, my bag was flimsy and fell apart after barely a month of use. The straps were sewed on terribly and not securely at all. Save your money.

Do not buy from this company. Bad quality, and looks nothing like what is advertised. The zip was broke on my bag that was delivered and sent numerous emails about it but nobody replies to.

COMPLETE waste of money as the bags look great on social media, but not in real life. REALLY BAD QUALITY, I feel horrible having bought from a business that lies to their customers and probably supports child labour. Will attempt to return the bag but I know it's going to be so much trouble.

Still waiting on my bag. Ordered it on November 29th. Sent several e-mails. No response. Wish I could give Zero stars..

DON'T BUY from this website. This is fraud! Ordered November 1. Never received the package. Contacted them many times but no any response from them.

I wish I’d read the reviews earlier. Ordered a bag almost a month ago and haven’t heard anything. Received confirmation of the purchase immediately but nothing since then. Have tried email direct, email via their ‘contact’ page and their FB page. Nothing. The company page I went through shows it’s based in France. Other reviews state they’ve seen pages based in the USA and Switzerland. Surprise surprise, it all comes from China. Feel like an idiot for being scammed.

Placed an order, no tracking information. No responses to emails or instagram messages.

Ordered a small crossbody bag and it’s tiny. Also the strap when fully extended and worn crossbody comes to above my hip.

Their website says this “ We propose a “satisfied or refunded” guarantee, in the event that the product does not meet your expectations. All that is required is that you send us an e-mail and we will explain the steps necessary to send your products back to us. We will then, following the receival of your product, proceed to refund you order, however the postal costs related to the return are at your expense.”

I’ve written 3 emails and used their online contact form 2 times with no response for over a month. Now I’m out $40 with a purse that I won’t use. Never using them again. Order #23977 is terribly unsatisfied.

Ordered a bag from Tom and Dean over a month ago .No reply to my emails and still no handbag ?????

I was going to buy from this brand when I bumped into another brand called Valentina and Rose. What a surprise. Tom and Deen sells exactly the same products with exact same pictures and models, and exact same descriptions. Excepet, Valentina and Rose has over 100 reviews on a lot of their products. Now I have not purchased from Valentina. Their products also claimed to be vegan leather. Now consider for the exact same bag one sells for $30 and one sells for over $100. You know what I mean.

Ordered a side/waist bag. Company website says they're in USA but it's a drop-shipping company. I got my package from China. Besides, it has a weird smell. The quality of the bag was not so good as I thought.

This company is a scam and I received thebag it is Bad quality! I wrote several emails to this company! Request a return! But no response!

Can’t get enough of these bags!
I’ve ordered a few times from them and every time I’ve been so pleased. The bags are stylish and go with all my outfits, and withstand running around the city (super important for my busy life).
I only had an issue once with a promo code but they responded in less than 24 hours and were super helpful and fixed it!
I can’t WAIT to see what they’ll have this fall!

I received a bag and love it, but it broke after two uses. I have sent multiple emails to customer service and have received no response. Horrible customer service, I will never order again!!

I've order 2 bags from tom & deen in 2 separate orders. Both took about 3-4 weeks to arrive, which I believe they state is normal on their website. Both bags are super cute and great quality! Confused by these other reviews and not sure if I should try my luck and order more.....

Now escalating the claim through paypal to hopefully get a refund
