Its a scam. I ordered several bags from this website since last month. I never got any update on the order saying it was shipped. Its saying its been processed for almost a month now. Ive contacted them and they never respond. The website is a scam and should be avoided. These thieves have stolen my money and refuse to send any of the items that I ordered.

Avoid, low quality
I got a bag from them and it arrived damaged - some of the stitching was already undone. When I wrote to return it, I was told that I had to send it to France... from the U.S.! The shipping alone would be the same cost as the bag. Avoid.

No Transparency
I ordered a bag from Tom and Deen well over a month ago now, and it still hasn't arrived. I commented on one of their instagram posts saying that my bag hasn't arrived after over a month, only to have them delete it. Normally when I'm purchasing from a brand I'm unfamiliar with on instagram, I like to read through the comments and see how people are liking the products, how long shipping takes, etc. Nothing looked wrong, and now I see why; any comment posted that doesn't make them look good is immediately deleted. I asked them why they deleted it, and the customer service rep said "it was a mistake, we always respond to all comments." So I commented again, and they removed my comment again. Major red flag, don't waste your money on them.
