I would have given this company a Zero if possible
I would have given this company a Zero if I could have. I received my baby Jasmine yesterday and it looks absolutely nothing like the pictures and videos on their website. It took forever to receive the doll and when I reached out via email and phone I received no email response and was repeatedly hung up on while on hold to speak to someone. Sorry folks, but if you want a baby doll that looks like the pictures; you will have to go to a reputable website and pay much more. Do not buy from them! Save yourself the money and buy a $20 doll from Walmart.

I just received two baby dolls for my children for Christmas they picked out and unfortunately they was not even close to what we ordered! I wish this site had a place to upload pics of what I ordered and what these SCAMMERS had the nerve to send my children you would be amazed! I was only able to make the pic as my profile pic on here but its definitely to small to tell! These babies look like something you would get a dollar store! These SCAMMERS will not reply to a email on there page or answer and the number on there site is no good either! If you don't want an unhappy child don't order from these people! Sad world!

If I could give zero stars, I would. This place gave me the run around for a month. I never received two dolls that I paid an additional $25 for 3 day shipping. I called my post office today and gave them my tracking number and the lady told me that all this company did was create a label and did not send any actual package. That’s why I wasn’t receiving it. Tried to call this company, they don’t answer. I messaged their page on fb and she replied to me with a fake tracking number. I was supposed to receive the dolls in less than 7 days and here it is a month later and nothing. This place is a scam. Luckily I ordered with PayPal so I’m filing a dispute!!! Do not order here!!!

Scam! Do not waste your money on any of these dolls ... they are not as described and you will be happier with a $2.00 plastic doll from the dollar store. It’s just the same. 💯 complete waste of money. I better get a full refund or I’ll fly to China myself.
