I was redeeming an Amazon gift card. Received the security code and the claim code. When entered a pop up that this reward was redeemed in June!!! After several emails to Kester, he keeps responding with the SAME messsge!!! Asked for a supervisor! Not getting anywhere with this issue!!!!

I didn't get all my coins on alot of my Receipts Then they say some of my receipts or duplicates when they weren't. And they never gave me the coins that I wasn't total. Ly like five hundred at walmart and I got one Ticket entry, no coyes. I've got several receipts. That I emailed to them to check one and see where my coins are. And to show that they're not duplicate receipts and never got no response. I'm really thinking of just stopping and going to another cash back app. I wouldn't recommend this app.

A scam company with mediocre customer service. I called them on their scam & got my account deleted / banned by a sassy man who did it simply because he could. They look for any rhyme, reason, or method not to pay out. It will take you forever to earn anything, anyway. I earned way more in a shorter period of time via another app.

I’ve been using this app for years. I decided to delete other apps that require specific purchases to earn rewards. I like uploading any receipt. I also appreciate the new recent features that allow me to earn more points.
I can’t find anything negative to say about it. This app has truly been a lifesaver for me. It has provided proof of purchase at major stores when I’ve lost receipts. They accepted my clear photo from the app.

I have been going back and forth with ReceiptHog’s customer service since July 10th! I’m still waiting for them to reactivate my account again. They take weeks to respond once, if at all.
Apparently, it was forwarded to the engineering team on August 7, 2023, because something wasn’t working and I’ve just been waiting a ridiculously long time ever since.
“The back-end team is currently checking on this as we speak. I'll get back to you as soon as we have an update on this matter.” that was the last message from you guys on August 17, 2023.
No further updates, no follow-ups. I’ve literally just been waiting.
This should not take 2 months, it’s ridiculous. Just give me my account back finally please and thank you.

Love the idea of this app, used it for a couple of years and probably redeemed once. However, suddenly my account weren't able to login and I have contacted their customer service, yet almost 2 months now and the issue is still not fixed...
The representative response less than once a week, which is quite ridiculous and keeps on asking you the same question if it's fixed without actually providing much help, meaning a solution...
so now i have plenty of points that's not redeemed and i can't submit new receipts, which is a lose-lose situation for me and the company, because they are about to lose a loyal user.
so until they fix my problem or provide a compensation for the loss of all this time, my review will remain 2 stars.
