Appalling! And trust pilot as well! They can't have this many great reviews! A scam company all over!.
If you fill in the claim checker it apparently automatically signs you up as a customer, (I have been told this by the staff, I have the email to prove!), on the website it says its just to check you have a claim, I started one without even knowing it! Don't fill out the checker! It's scam!.
If it wasn't a scam, then I ask you who operates in that manner?.
It may work, but who knows what's going on with your details once you have entered them! Awful, so awful, obviously horrible people who don't have an ounce of decency

I’m currently in the process of making…
I’m currently in the process of making a PPI claim with this company, and so far my experience has been positive. Everything has been explained clearly from the start, and I feel like I understand each step of the process.
Communication has been good up to now, with regular updates and quick responses whenever I’ve had questions. The team has taken care of most of the paperwork, which has made things much easier and less stressful for me.
As my claim is still ongoing, I can’t comment on the final outcome yet, but based on my experience so far, I’m happy with the service and feel confident moving forward.
I’ll update my review once the process is complete, but at this stage I would recommend them for anyone starting a PPI claim.
