SCAM! Never order anything from this company. The item is never delivered, and customer service does not follow up.
Ordered parts and tried to get warranty repairs and they never come back to you. Trying to get my money back for the part I ordered. Don't use them, think they operate with very few staff.
I ordered a product on the 30th December with next working day delivery, and I have still not received the product as of the 8th January. I have contacted the seller on 3 occasions to chase as I have no tracking information, but have yet to receive a response. I appreciate this is a busy time of year and would be willing to be patient if I could get reassurance the product was actually being sent to me, but at present it appears that the company has taken my money and has no intention of sending the item.
I have been promised repayment for two returned units. After some delay I contacted Recovapro who acknowledge they received the units and promised to repay - without explanation of the delay - still no repayment. Prior to this customer support has been excellent. The massage guns are very good in my experience.

i placed order on Monday 25th Nov, no contact, no responses to my delivery emails (either via support email address or the contact us feature through portal) then randomly i get a notification that i am due a delivery on 4th Dec.
Very random experience.
Purchased the Recovapro compression boots (£250), on 20/11/24 for my husband for Christmas. The confirmation email states free next working day delivery. The tracking says order details received but not the shipment.
Tried contacting for an update, but no reply yet.
I'm getting very frustrated and worried as it's a lot of money.
I understand that it's a very busy time and delays happen, but just a few updates would be greatly appreciated.

I've had a reply and they are sending another item out. Will edit my review when received.
It's now been over 2wks since my order. No delivery and no further contact from Recovapro. Even 1 star is too much for this company. They're basically just robbing people, please please don't risk purchasing from them, you'll be left out of pocket and thoroughly frustrated, upset and angry.
I got to say I do love my Recovapro lite and recommend it not only to my friends but my physio clients also. I due it to recover from surf training. Recently the charger stopped working, initially int was difficult to get an answer from customer services via email. The first reply took over a week. Once they informed me all chargers were out of stock and the date they would be available. So I waited. I ordered it once it was but it was lost in transit. They did refund my next day delivery costs and sent out another one.
So overall I’m happy that it was resolved and I can charge my gun as it’s a pretty good one which I rely on for my recovery and performance. Was slightly disappointed in how long the initial communication took. But once the ball was rolling it was followed up and resolved.
I have made a order at weekend. Says next day delivery. I have contacted them 5 times and had no contact. I have asked for a refund and had nothing.
Bought one of their devices 5 years ago and the battery has stopped working. I was given the option to send it back for repairs. 49 days later, I still haven't gotten it back.
Customer service claimed it was "returned undelivered" and will be reshipped, but even their own website and the courier site said my item was never dispatched in the first place. That was 2 weeks ago and my follow-up emails since have all been ignored. Still not even a dispatched notification.
Decent product, but customer service is abysmal. They are full of lies and have no integrity. While I have nothing against the product itself, give your money to a company with some standards.
If you've purchased a refurbished device, please take care of my stolen property.

I bought the Recovapro Massage Gun three years ago, and without having used it much , in fact only a couple times per month it has broken down.
I requested a free replacement. Both a free replacement and fee repair were denied, saying that their massage guns only last up to two years, that is reasonable time no matter if you have not been using it, and no matter the Consumer’s Act Law that goods must be of a satisfactory quality and last a reasonable amount of time.
I was asked to pay another £50 in order to be sent a replacement motor. But why would I give more of my money to a company that isn’t genuine and doesn’t respect my rights as a consumer.
I will invest my money in a more legitimate brand.

This is an update after having been asked by recovapro for more information.
My experience is genuine. My order number is Order: #20645, This device was used very minimally. I would describe it as fairly new because of how little I have used it before it broke. I tried resolving this with Recovapro customer service, using my consumers rights act 2015, where products should not be faulty and that they should last a reasonable amount of time. Recovapro denied any responsibility and kept saying that it broke within a reasonable amount of time, even though it was not used very often. They kept asking for me to pay in order to fix it.
No Thank you! I will buy a more genuine brand.

I am beside myself with the APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE..
I love the product, however after charging it no longer works. I was advised promptly that I needed a new battery.. I paid the £39 plus shipping.. and then NOTHING. Emails have resulted in a link being sent to me that basically just informs me "This Invoice is Paid".
I have no way to arrange a collection. I am now receiving emails that my new product order is on the way! ALL TELEPHONE LINES ARE DEAD..
I am now just going to write off the £45 paid and look for another Massage Machine elsewhere from a decent company

Appalling customer service. Product under a year old and not working. Customer service are dreadful, poor responses which don’t make sense then unable to contact them after that. Their phone line doesn’t work and they don’t answer emails.
When I got hold of Andrew the Co-founder, he started to get some traction on the complaint, communicated well and got it to resolution quickly but not before Customer Services had threatened me following a poor review on Trustpilot.
I received the Recovapro lite and after hours of charging it would not turn on. I then had a look on the internet and was led to trustpilot, where I saw many terrible, recent reviews. Wish I'd seen earlier!
Because of the things I read, I decided to "play it cool" and firmly chase up for a refund and not a replacement.
The process was ridiculous - lots of chasing emails my end, no working phone line, asking when to arrange a collection for, me replying and them saying they'd arranged a collection without telling me, which they clearly hadn't, saying they'd sent emails that must have gone into my spam (which hadn't), putting the wrong sender address when they finally agreed to send me a return label, I could go on...
It really was a joke but got the refund in the end.
Would absolutely not recommend this waste of time company and product.
Better to go with a 20 quid one from amazon and at least if it doesn't work, easy to send back and price tag not the end of the world.
The most disappointing thing is that I was seeking relief from chronic pain. Do you not realise who your customers are?

I bought my RecovaPro Max Massage Gun in June/2022. It stopped working in February/2024. I can charge it but when I try to turn it on, it fails. From what I understand, it is still within the 2-year warranty period.
I sent an email to the company on February 16th and had no response. Tried again with another email on March 11th and no response again. I called the contact number 01474 247760 for days and nobody answers.
I never thought I would have such a hard time only to have a response from Recovapro. I was really happy with the product until it sttoped wroking. It's a shame.
I will never buy from this company again. Ever! Please read on.
I will describe my own personal experience of Recovapro, but firstly:
Judging by the increasing number of negative ratings of Recovapro Customer Services, there appears to be a general pattern of very poor quality service. If I was a Director of this company, I would be taking a very close look at their Customer Services. Ultimately, customers don't only seek a good product but place high value on their after-sales and support experience. This reflects very badly on the reputation of Recovapro and will inevitably lead to a loss of sales opportunities and revenue. Their poor customer service is dragging their reputation down.
My own recent experience is as follows:
- I've had a Recovapro for a number of years but hardly used it.
- Went to charge it but it wouldn't charge
- Contacted Recovapro support by email and sent a video. I was informed that the battery was faulty. They sent an invoice for collection and repair costing £49. No offer was made of a free replacement
- Invoice paid and acknowledgement received. (Order Number #31110) I provided a collection address.
- 4 emails later from me, and still no answer from customer support when asked about a collection date or any documentation / labels I need to provide
_ Tried calling on the support number 01474247770 provided on their website. The line is dead and has been for the last 4 days of trying, so there is no way of talking to somebody.
In summary:
- Shambolic non-existent support
- Quick to take money off me but once they have, they don't appear to care.
No doubt I will receive the standard boilerplate response here from Recovapro with the typical message 'we really care about you' and 'we are soooo sorry' but its not going to wash.
What I need is decisive action from Recovapro, otherwise I might as well claim my money back through Barclaycard and stick their useless product in the bin.
EDIT on 22/3/24: Updates since my initial post:
- Recovapro customer support immediately responded to me when they saw my review, saying they weren't happy with my review and could I take it down. They had not responded to any of my previous emails, despite saying they had. When I asked for the chronology of communication dates/times, I received no response
- When I asked about not been able to contact them on the number from their web site, they said 'the phones are down' They still are (for more than 5 days) and there has been nothing on their web site saying this, or any way of speaking to somebody. I have also discovered that the Gravesend address shown on their web site for Recovapro Ltd is actually a 'Disolved' company on 1 August 23. Very strange indeed !
- After numerous emails from them also telling me that the had gone 'above and beyond' to help, we finally agreed (in writing) that if they collected and repaired the recovapro in good time, then I would take the Trustpilot review down. At this point, it was all looking fixable to a happy conclusion. However:
- While waiting in for collection of the package from Royal mail today 22/03/24, I received an email from Recovapro saying 'I had cancelled my order' which I hadn't.
- I emailed Recovapro Customer support, who than came back saying they cancelled because I hadn't taken my trustpilot review down. (Despite my previous point)
- I then asked them to repair as agreed, but they re-asserted that I needed to take my review down first
- They then sent an email saying (to quote) 'This is to acknowledge recruit and confirm you have been refunded and until said review is removed , we are under no obligation to offer any additional service'
- In other words, they won't deal with customers who challenge the status quo of terrible customer support . My conclusion from my own personal experience. Do not buy from this company
I purchased my Recovapro massager from Westfields and there is no denying that it is a really great product. It developed a fault and as it was still within warranty, Recovapro replaced it. The process with customer service could have been be a little smoother as there is no telephone contact, however, they kept in touch regularly via email, were polite and professional all the way through and picked up my item via Royal Mail from my home address and promptly delivered a new massager within two weeks, so very pleased with the overall outcome and happy to be using my Recovapro massager once again.
After several e mails and very slow response( up to a week) the recovapro was collected for repair. However on return item is not working and I am getting no response from Recovapro. The telephone number supplied does not function.
Product is good when it’s working when it’s broken you have no response from customer service
So the warranty is worthless
Don’t buy from them there are plenty better at similar price
