Item was delayed due to postage strike. Regular updates were sent. The massage gun is amazing on lowest setting. I’m sleeping so much better already.

ordered product, never arrived, tried multiple times to email and call. posted on trustpilot suggesting that I would have to consider refund, THEN got a response, which basically said "here is yr refund". Great i have my money back, BUT what rubbish sales response! surely a better reponse would be "we wany to as a customer, we are chasing item, really sorry for inconvenience, possible goodwill gesture?" Would i buy from this company again NO as obviously there is no loyalty or any interest to a customer - bizarre business model

Whilst their products are decent this company offers an incredibly bad costumer service; it is rather apparent that the people they employ lack any form of costumer service training, people skills or basis education for that matter; likely very young and/or immature. Would not recommend.

Order placed and quickly dispatched, and at this point the great support stopped.
The parcel got stuck at a courier depot where it was supposed to be exported to the EU. It has been sitting there for 10 days now and now has happened since. I wrote an email using support contact from the website and so far got nothing, the parcel has not moved at all.

25 days later still no delivery. Courier asked the sender for export documents and a few days later retuned the parcel to the sender.

How does a business of this się not know hiw to prepare International delivery is beyond me.

Ordered a Refurbished Massage gun with next day shipping (charged at extra cost and sent dpd tracking)but after not receiving next day,asked via email for refund of shipping cost.This was done but again the gun wasn't delivered the next day!! Asked via email where my order was,to be told as it was a refurb we haven't made it yet,and would be sent once ready!!! After another day went by,asked for a refund. Shocking that a compy can advertise a product and without stating we only make to order!! Maybe the hype about this company is all media hype and paid for adverts because it's service is atrocious

Maybe you should say this information on the page listing the 'refurbs' then!! Can't be Refurbished then if you need to build them. You build a new item and you repair a return!!

False advertising for stock you don't have ready....just be upfront about it🤣🤣

Purchased a faulty unit. I was asked to provide video proof of fault. Why? Provided it anyway, then dead silence. No replies to emails and no idea what is happening next.

My daughter plays high level football and has historically struggled with leg injuries. Fairly normal for anyone playing at this level. We searched high and low for a solution and the Recovapro was recommended to us when we visited their store in Bluewater. We now use it every night for about ten to fifteen minutes on her calves, thighs, glutes etc and it has been transformational to her. I cannot recommend the Recovapro SE highly enough. Customer Service is top notch too. We had the misfortune to have our unit develop a fault and Andrew understood the immediacy of our needs and replaced the faulty unit by return. No quibbles. If only all companies could be as good as these guys.

This is a great massage tool. It has various heads to use for different body parts, the battery life is huge (whenever I pick it up it just works, never any low battery problems), the force it produces is plenty - I don't even need to turn it on full, and the relief it gives is immediate. It's affordable too. I would not hesitate to recommend.

Rubbish , used once , broke the next time

The Recovapro is just fabulous and so simple to use. It’s quiet too. The various different heads are good to have for massaging various parts of the body in different ways and intensities. Couldn’t be more pleased that I purchased it and highly recommend

Problems with delivery but outside Recovapro’s control. We were kept up to date regularly, and therefore don’t think we could expect anything else.

Still no reply from Recoverapro despite ringing 18 times now (at 15 minutes 14 seconds each time a voice recording will kick in to tell you they are busy helping other customers and to leave a message). I have also emailed (as advised) 4 times (complete with serial number and a video of the faulty product) and filled in 3 customer contact forms. DO NOT use this company because if the machine is not working you WILL NOT get your money back, or any customer service what so ever.
