Excellent product for helping with muscle pain.

I have brought the product from them the customer there quick to answer if new customers to them but brought from them try three different number also email them few time not once there reply want refund all product back. So my order number is 28660 can check it very not professional not good experience customer service not reply to me good thing 90 day the product not as good compare other brand Therabody & NormaTec few other want address and customer respond can get my full money back will never buy them
Again since don’t improve there customers service.

I recently bought the mini travel version of recoveropro and it is great -light weight so easy to use on all parts of the body -back and neck - and is helping my damaged Achilles tendon

I wrote to Andrew, that my purchase has still not arrived and that is still stuck somewhere in a warehouse (according to UPS tracking). He just replied that it is in transit. Bit the status did not change for a week now, and ad arrival date it still indicates the 19-Sep-22. I asked him to look into it and did not get any answer back.

Well designed and robust. My intermittent backache was gone immediately after my first use. Hope it keeps giving great results. Will highly recommend.

My Recoverpro failed around 3 months and the Customer Service immediately organised a replacement.
Unfortunately it did not arrive on the said day so I immediately blamed Recover Pro. They assured me it had been sent and sent a picture of our house from DPD parcel delivery company. In effect the driver had not bothered to deliver it as I checked my home camera. They rearranged the delivery and when the driver did come his return scan did not work so he sent it back. When Recover pro heard what had happened again, without my knowledge the just sent a totally new one and I believe they complained to DPD. The original broken one is still here at my house.
Cannot recommend Recover Pro equipment highly enough either

I purchased a used item its supposed to be thoroughly inspected, tested and serviced to meet strict Recovapro quality standards—the same as a new product. Appearance is closely examined; products occasionally have minor, nearly imperceptible blemishes.
Thats what it says on their website. Unfortunately the product i received was in a really bad way, chips and loads of scratches. Upon contacting they said its a used product and will have some marks. Even after i sent them pictures they thought it was acceptable to send a product in that state. I had to pay for the return postage and it wasn't cheap and the company would not refund. I would not recommend purchasing from them.

Great to have a quality massage gun for post walking.

My physiotherapist has frequently used a massage gun on various parts of my body. I was disappointed when, on asking, he told me it cost thousands of pounds. On reading the reviews of this Recovapro I thought this would be worth a try. I am seriously impressed with results. Ok, not as good as his but impressive for the cost. I use it to ease off tightness in my neck and my lower back and usually finish down my legs just because it feels good. The build is quality and the various intensities are great for different areas. The communications from the company have been very good and I have already recommended it to work colleagues. The only thing I would like to see, even as an optional purchase, would be a larger flat attachment. Overall it's a fab piece of kit.

All as it should be - easy order, fast delivery without any issues and the product works perfectly fine.

Never got my product. They said it shipped and it never did. Lost $60
