Easy to use, prompt payment.
Recycled my Samsung Galaxy note 4, old model other companies didn't take. Website was easy to use. They have a choice of sending me a prepaid envelope for shipping or qr code. I opted for the prepaid envelope, which arrived quickly. It couldn't have been easier. Payment received , very pleased.

Very easy to get recycle price from website.
Process easy to send return back as they send a pre-paid postage bag. Timely replies to my emails.
They gave the best trade-in/recycle price for my phone.
And monies went into my account fast as I've checked receipt and it's all received.

I researched alot for companies and this was one that gave me the best deal. granted I was given a slightly lower payment then what I was quoted due tk scratches, it was still done in a timely manner which I can appreciate.
you also need to chase them via email to recieve updates which isn't a big deal breaker

Just the bag was too small but was able to attach to another bigger package. Received money within 5 working days of sending the device,

As I had not used this company before, I was sceptical that I would not recieve the fully amount for the mobiles that I was selling, as no other company was offering as much.

The process was very easy, however they could do with letting you know, what to do next once you put in the offer (I had to contact them via email to find out how to get the mobiles to them and they sent me a prepaid envelope which fitted at least 3 devices inside, with protection).

Once I sent the mobiles to them the process was very quick and the fully amount offered was in my bank account within days

I thought I’d get more money for the phone as it was in good condition but the communication is good and sending the phone to them was easy

Simple and easy process. I sold 2 x iPads and 1 x iPhone. The value of the phone was reduced upon receipt and evaluation but that was OK.
The money was received quickly.

Put an order through on 5th March, received confirmation & then nothing else. Contacted them to say how do I send a device in, after I think 3 email, I got a message saying a tradepack had been sent to me. This tradepack never showed up. Had to send another 2 or 3 emails before I could get a response, to which they asked if I would like it re-sent. Answered yes please & again, nothing., It is now 23rd March, no info, no tradepack. Sent an email this week asking if they have changed their minds & to just be honest if that's the case. No response. All I can say is I must have dodged a bullet here as I don't think I would have seen my device or any money back.

RecycleURphone will send you a pre-paid envelope in a matter of days. I used some bubble wrap to ensure no damage would be sustained during transport. I received the payment some days later. 10/10.
