Instructions to send off phone for recycling was clear and concise. Would deal with this company again.

I was initially nervous to use RecycleURPhone as I hadn’t heard of them before and reviews online were mixed. However, after sending my old iPhone, I was really impressed with the service! The bag that they sent wasn’t padded so I had to makeshift my own padding for security, and I hadn’t received an email to confirm delivery of the phone, but tracking was provided so I could see it was delivered. I reached out and their customer service was very quick, helpful and reassuring, and within a couple days I had received my payment with no fuss! Would definitely use again. Order #10242

This is the first time I used recycleURphone and I am happy with the service and will use it again.
The communication was prompt and within the timescales mentioned.
However, just a warning that you may not get the amount first claimed as after inspection the actual value of ur ph may b lower than expected.

After initially thinking I had been scammed, I received a reply to my review (instantly) and then a response on email after my emails had apparently gone into their junk folder. The issue was then swiftly resolved and payment was made to the same amount as originally agreed. Appreciate the swift response and payment once my emails has been found in the junk folder.

I 'sold' an unlocked iPhone 11 Pro in excellent condition to this company on 13th January 2023. I received the freepost packaging the following day and sent the phone back to them on 15th January 2023. I have not heard anything since, nor have I received the £250 payment that was agreed. I have tried to call the number on their website, 0208 548 8292, several times and it says i have dialled an incorrect number. I emailed on 23rd January and did not receive a response within the 24 hours that it states they respond within on their website. I have just emailed again and not heard anything back. My order ID is #10182.

Great service, paid the agreed price in a very timely manner. Will definitely use them again

My phone met all the criteria stated in their terms and conditions. I checked this before sending.
Battery status was service, however this company do not state that battery status as service will affect the price.

Many other recyclers do state that if your battery status is service then this will have an impact on the price.

Therefore these guys are falsely advertising their prices and not adhering to their terms and conditions.

They offered me a price of £300 for and iPhone 11pro and a revised price of £230, which they stated was more than any other recycler on the market.
This was also false. it took me 2 minutes to find a better price than theirs which they stated was better than anyone else.

Posted this review and was immediately emailed requesting details of the post tracking, which I provided. They confirmed receipt by return and payment was then in my bank account straight away.

Can’t fault this company for turning round a bad situation quickly. Have therefore changed the original one star to four stars.
