My only small comment would be that the instructions on what to do after accepting the offer on the website were a bit clearer.

Got there in the end
Used their site to request a free postage pack to sell my phone - Order Number: 10010). Pack arrived a few days letter and I sent my phone to them. Checked the next day 03/09/22 and it was confirmed on royal mails website that it had been received and signed for.
Emailed on the 05/09 for an update and although website says response will be no later than 24hours. I didn't hear back, so decided to send another email on 07/09 for an update.
I received a response which advised they had been trying to contact me via telephone as I had not provided a PayPal address for the funds to be sent too and had instead sent a cheque.
I can confirm the cheque was received and although the email communication wasn't as quick as suggested. They did honour the full amount and the cheque was received and banked fine so I have changed from 1 star to 4.

Overall a happy customer
Overall a happy customer, a quick transaction from receiving the postage pack to payment being issued. The only reason for the 4 star is because other device recycling companies provide padded postage (no need to add own protection to ensure the item is not damaged in transit) and receiving a text/email to notify the postage pack has been despatched and item received for review. Fantastic service, the price of my phone was adjusted on inspection & reduced due to a few scratches but overall very satisfied with the whole service & the price offered. Would highly recommend this company compared to the bigger ones out there. Fast payment & good communication.

I have recycled my second phone now with RecycleURPhone and can honestly say I love the service they provide. They send you an envelope with enclosed packaging and all you have to do is go to the post office to drop it off. I received my money within a few days!! I had quite a few old phones lying around in my house, but now they went on to a better place. And it's truly honest and legit. I was skeptical at the beginning, but it is actually working! Will send all my old phones from now on to RecylceURPhone. 100% Legit! Definitely recommended! Happy customer here! :)
