Excellent service from beginning to end. Highly recommend!

Good service in that sofa and armchair was picked up same day. Bad thing was that I was quoted between £65 and £85 on the phone, I wasn't told that the price didn't include VAT. Told when they came to pick up items that the price was £100.

I feel that this is a dishonest way of doing business, I won't use again for that reason.

Very easy to organise, quick to pick up the items and competitively priced. Great service. Highly recommend.

Hadn't used Recycling Squad before. Called them on the morning of 12th October. Their driver came later that morning and removed all the bags of decorators rubble that we had at a reasonable price. Couldn't ask for a better service.

Very professional and willing to do the best and quick to get the job done

Called the recycling squad Friday lunch time. Received a quote on line which needed to be adjusted once they came to collect. To be fair I did expect this….there were a lot of bags of rubble which were heavy and you can not expect them to know that from the pictures I sent. Got a call shortly after and they arrived 30min after that. Took away the whole lot and swept up the mess that was made outside. No hesitation in recommending and will definitely use again. First class

I was desperate to have my rubbish removed from my tiny flat the same day that I had all my belongings delivered from overseas. Every company I called claimed they had a same day service on their website, but no one could actually collect today when I called them. I waited for hours for another company who said they could arrive today, only to let me know at 16:55 that they could not actually make it. I then called Recyclingsquad at 16:57 and was told someone would be with me within an hour!!! WOW!!! Such a helpful service on the phone, and Tibor (I think that was his name) was indeed at my place within an hour working hard to collect my rubbish. Just an amazing service from hard-working Central Europeans. THANK YOU, I am forever grateful!

Hardworking polite operatives and good value

With a long history of severe medical conditions and mental health illness, the Recycling Squad have given me the opportunity to regain control of my life.
Every member of the team from the office to the two gentlemen who removed 2 years worth of rubbish from my studio flat were kind, understanding, compassionate and treated myself and my belongings with care and consideration.
They knew this was an emergency clearance situation and rearranged my afternoon booking due to the tube strike, to an early morning appointment. They called well before arriving and worked with me according to my budget.
They both worked straight through the appointment time, no breaks, just excellent work ethic and practices.
Thank you again to the kind office staff and to Mario and your colleague. I highly recommend the Recycling Squad to anyone who is struggling with any type of medical and/or mental issues (including hoarding) as the service they provide is superb.

Sadly the website advertises in yards and only if you call you realise that they don't provide a skip but someone that comes and collects the rubbish. We knew the weight +/- 100kg however when the guy arrived he said it is actually some 800 900 kg extra and the quote was doubled on the spot. I was too tired, overworked and wanted the rubbish out so I said whatever and paid for it. Would I use them again...probably no.. at what I was charged there are better companies out there that offer actual rubbish skips.

They came within 2 hours and cleared all the rubbish

Very good service, ordered a rubbish collection in the morning and it was gone by lunch time!
The office was very clear on possible price changes due to weight, but in the end that was not the case for us.
Would definitely recommend!
