Dishonest - we had an agreed price which was confirmed again on site before the job started. At the end they then tried to charge an extra £100!
They never mentioned that the price might change. When we were getting quotes some companies have a min and max possible price to give an estimate. These guys gave a quote and made it sound like a fixed price!

The guy doing the pick up tried to charge me more than quoted on website - it’s only when I questioned with office that he reduced price he also did not take a full load so in the end I did pay extra- I have used this company before but won’t again as they are dishonest

Very professional. Came at appointed time and called me beforehand. Dismantled furniture item and took it all away. Would definitely recommend them and I would use them again

I work for a Livery Hall in The City of London. As part of our diversity and equality programme we have installed an alternative access entrance for the differently enabled. This , of course , generated a large volume of material that wasnt needed. Coupled with a refurbishment of the offices and restructure of what rooms are doing what we had lockers , an old fire door , toasters (!) as well other other electronics. An appointment was made to collect this rubbish. The man and van turned up on time and very rapidly moved all material into his recycling lorry. Price wise was very good - i paid with card as he arrived ; this is useful in case i had added anything since i had made the appointment to collect. Within 30 minutes all done and dusted and a very happy me!!!

All waste was collected next day and Marek was both super helpful and incredibly proactive in finding extra waste and removing it. He was in and out in under an hour with a full van load, we will most definitely be using recycling squad for all our waste removal in the future

I was very pleased when I called to have some old house hold items removed within the hour on the same day someone came cleared the items also swept up left area clean and tidy other household collection site quoted much more money .

Recycling squad services are great nice friendly workman and prices are reasonable .

I will definitely be using their services again also recommend to others.
