The team worked really hard fitting carpet to landing, stairs, lounge and porch - after doing the bedrooms last year. They also laid vinyl in the bathroom. At all times they were efficient and respectful of my property. I am delighted with my carpets, many thanks to Matt for all his help. I would recommend to anyone wanting new flooring.

After a disastrous experience with a botched installation attempt by another company who used a fitter that wasn’t trained properly, I had sub floor issues that made my floor look cheap and unfinished. I was nervous about hiring someone else but from the first consultation, Reds Carpets, Market Harborough put me at ease. They were incredibly transparent about the costs and the work required to rectify the issues. From start to finish, Red Carpets Market Harborough have an outstanding work ethic and produce outstanding results. If you want the job done right first time, I cannot recommend Reds Carpets Market Harborough who are true masters of their craft and came to the rescue and fixed everything. They were punctual, tidy and communicative throughout the entire process and most importantly they were respectful of my home. They truly are a high end specialist company that focus on sub floor preparation and customer satisfaction. The turnaround was incredible and their attention to detail and precision of cutting edges around the skirting boards and door frames are razor sharp. They use high quality materials and tools that should have been used from day one. The result is miles ahead of the previous attempt and the floor finally feels solid and level. I now have a floor I can admire and show off instead of hiding. They turned a stressful nightmare into a success and reinstalled it with the level of craftsmanship I originally expected. Absolutely five star skilled flooring experts and I am so thankful to Reds Carpets Market Harborough for stepping in and completely transforming my floor with a premium flooring and turning my house into a home. The finish on the LVT is what I dreamed of.

This was a brilliant experience from start to finish. I needed a floor laying in my parents’ lounge at short notice after my dad was discharged from hospital with a lot of medical equipment that couldn’t be operated on carpet. I went into the store on Saturday morning and the flooring was installed on Tuesday afternoon. Matt kept me updated throughout the process. Sean and Matt moved furniture, disposed of old carpet and did a stellar job under difficult circumstances. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Just had a Karndean floor and a carpet fitted by Red Carpets and I couldn’t be happier. From the initial call with Ryan to Matt’s amazing customer service and wide range of samples down to Wayne and Neil doing the fitting the whole service was well above the standard of any other company I have used before. I am at the start of a long decorating journey and I wouldn’t consider using another company now. I can’t recommend them enough!

My new bedroom carpet was fitted by Red Carpets yesterday - fantastic service.
From my first look round the shop to job completion, the service was polite and efficient. Their prices are very competitive too!

From initial contact with Red Carpets on a Friday, measurements taken on Monday and not a stock vinyl brilliantly fitted on Thursday. Very pleased would highly recommend.

10/10 service. Popped into have a look at options for our upstairs bedrooms/landing and stairs. Steve and Lee in the shop were really friendly and helped explain the different options, even going as far to explain why we would benefit from a cheaper but harder wearing material due to us having pets.Lee came out the next day to measure and quote which took him no time at all. Price was exactly what i was expecting and there was zero sales pressure to purchase on the spot. Communication from the shop with excellent, with them making sure i was informed on any changes in receiving my carpet (snow delayed things a little but that can't be helped, and they still made the fit date!). Neil and Matt who came to fit were friendly and professional. Got straight on with the job and handled it in less than a day. Looked through their work with them and couldn't fault them in the slightest.

Highly recommend using them and i wouldn't go anywhere else now for future flooring.

We visited Red Carpets just before Christmas 2025 and discussed a carpet with a representative who gave us an informal quotation and a fitting date. He then visited our home a couple of hours later to provide us with a formal quotation. A few days later the carpet was fitted and we are really pleased with both its quality and the overall service, hence 5 stars.

We chose Red Carpets because of their positive reviews. We are really happy with the service we received from them. Matt came out, and measured up for our downstairs flooring, he quoted us for the Karndean flooring straight away! It was a good price, and he managed to fit us in before Xmas 👍🏻. Between them, Marc, Wayne and Cole prepared the floor and fitted it to a high standard, a big thank you to them. Matt was always on hand to answer any questions I had. Would definitely recommend 👍🏻

Excellent service from start to finish. Useful advice in the Anstey shop, great to have a look at what was in stock. Matt was very prompt when coming to measure up. Everything clearly explained. Really quick installation, Wayne and Kyle worked hard and were respectful of property. Very pleased and looking forward to ordering again.
