Car was picked up by Aaron. Gentleman was very helpful, called when in advance to help myself get organised. Once here hand over of documents, car removal was made very smoothly. Thanks for his support

1 star rating isn’t reflection of redcorn ltd. No issues with the company the customer service member I spoke to today was brilliant.

WARNING!
If anyone is looking for a canopy and they come across there Facebook business page do not send any money it isn’t this company it’s a scam. Unfortunately I fell for the first bit of the scam just not the second part where they asked for insurance money for the courier.

The scammer will even go to the efforts of making invoices up but it’s NOT Redcorn Ltd as I’ve spoke to them today and they confirmed it’s not them.

One of the details they may use is Farai makore. Do not sent money through.

However they will probably use different details now they know.

This is the second time I have used Redcorn, brilliant service from start to finish, the driver was extremely helpful

From the first phone call I had arranged for my car to be picked up the next day
I received a text the next morning confirming times and the driver who was collecting my car as I was at work was great with communicating what was going on (Amit) would highly recommend.

Great communication with driver Dom. Paid best price . Dom was efficient friendly and dealt with removal of the car quickly

I read the other reviews but these cars are end of life and going for scrap.

I was given a time slot from 7am-5pm. I was promised a phone call 30 minutes prior to arrival. He called at 8.30 and arrived at 9am promptly. All very simple, I showed my ID , gave him the key and car was gone. Very polite and efficient. Highly recommend.

The collection officer was very professional. In such a small space he removed my old jeep with ease. Excellent.

Ghenadii collecting the vehicle was amazing. Service was smooth from online quote to payment. Called on Thursday, £229 quoted for my old 08 golf. Vehicle collected Friday, £229 received monday. Great service would recommend

This company has absolutely no safety awareness. Their driver loaded a vehicle onto the truck in such a careless way that the windscreen shattered completely — glass was all over the ground. Thankfully, no one was injured.

When I asked the driver to clear the broken glass, he refused and claimed it was “not an environmental hazard.” I explained that this posed a real risk to residents, especially children and pets in the area.

Instead of taking responsibility, the driver became aggressive and even threatened me, saying things like “go ahead and complain if you dare.” He took photos of me and my car, saying he now knows where I live.

Completely unacceptable behaviour. I do not feel safe having this company operate in my neighbourhood.

Original response from Redcorn good, phoned within 30 mins of accepting quote. Car pickup arranged for 2 day later & phone message confirming this, plus another message on the day. I waited in all day for collection, phoned company twice & reassured it would be collected. Both times I was put through to”dispatch “ but this just went to voicemail, left message but did not call back,so had to phone back & speak to admin team again. Eventually at 18.10 I got a call from the driver saying was out of hour so could not collect. Told them not to bother as had found another company as had waited all day. Surely he would have known earlier that he would not get to me? Wish I’d taken notice of previous reviews & gone elsewhere, saving wasting a day.

Like several others have said. Price quoted online is nothing like they offer you. They offered 75% less, so a waste of time really

Redcorn limited service is a very efficient service ,extremely easy to use and good customer service.

REDCORN Ltd came to pick up my car on 22/07/25. Driver turned up right on time, was very friendly and helpful guy. Didn’t take long to fill in the paperwork which he sorted for me , loaded the car on the vechile and was away in less than twenty minutes, very happy with the start of the sale to the end, customer service was very helpful and friendly , payment received very quickly would definitely recommend this company .

Quick and reliable from completing on line form to follow up phone call. Date and time arranged was spot on. Happy and polite driver Andy took vehicle with no problems. Also happy with price offered for scrapping. Would highly recommend

The car was collected on the arranged date, the driver was very polite and helpful. The customer service is appalling, requested a COD at the time of booking took me 3 weeks, several phone calls, 2 promises of call backs which did not happen and emails. Would not recommend.

The transaction from start to finish went very well. The person I spoke to arranged a date that was suitable for my car to be collected and confirmed a rough time frame as I hope work commitments.
On the day of collection Pete called me in advance to inform me of a rough time he would arrive, which he kept to. When Pete arrived he was very polite, helpful and removed the car without fuss,

I booked collection few weeks ago for scrap my car and they didn't show up, no message, no call just ignored me. I re-book that collection for today and they didn't show up again. I called the office during the day and they said someone is definitely coming to collect this car but nobody did. I've waisted two days just to wait for nothing. Totally useless.

Attila was very kind and helpful, very easy and quick service of scrapping my previous vehicle. I got my car scrapped on Thursday and got paid the next day. Would highly recommend!
