I purchased the exquisite LV Side Trunk PM in the Malletage Lamb Leather. The price for the bag was irresistible, and the quality of the bag was pristine. Unfortunately there was an issue with the bag prior to shipping. Reduluxe took total accountability. Their customer service, rectification, and compensation process was second to none. On 1st July I saw a bag that I liked.. unfortunately it was sold before I could buy it.
