We have been travelling to IOW for 20 years now toSee family so we’ve used the ferry a lot.
It’s been updated and the toilets are so
Much better but the food is a big disappointment. The cheapest bread with the bacon rolls and it wasn’t even fresh. Decent bread should be a must, it costs a lot to use your services so at least make the food good. The chips are no longer any good either. We’ll be bringing our own food if it doesn’t improve. Then the kitchen ran out of bacon so there was a long wait whilst the very slow staff got some more. You know how many people you’ve got coming on board and at 9am there are going to
Be lots more customers so no reason to run out of simple ingredients.

Travelling with two elderly parents…
Travelling with two elderly parents with mobility problems. Extremely helpful when i phoned and asked to be near a lift right through to boarding the ferry. It made the crossing very easy for us. Thank you

We offer a variety of offers to Island residents through the Big Book of Savings every three months. We also offer discounted travel for those attending hospital appointments and job interviews on the mainland, as well as a year-round Island Resident discount.
We work with accommodation and attraction suppliers to provide discounts to their visitors, and frequently run promotions to encourage tourism. We usually have a special offer available throughout the year, and all our offers can be found on the special offers page of our website.
We arrived early for our crossing
We arrived early for our crossing, was allowed on, very friendly young man at the booking kiosk. Very smooth operation I can't fault it. Thankyou to all the staff for making our journey run smoothly
