Been goin to red lobster since they…opened in staunton va

Been goin to red lobster since they opened in staunton.va. my mom's FAVORITE restaurant. Well I got got lobster linguini. I always get the crab unless lobsterfest. 28$ I have been sick for 3 wks so I was starving cravin Alfredo got home opened it smelt great looked great I'm thinkin look at ALL this goodness. Took a bite & was like w. Thinkin it was lots of lobsters it was tomatoes so u fooled thinking lots well please change name to tomatoe linguini that's all I could taste. Thanks for takin my favorite there & ruinin it. Know u need to make money. But eatin there is a treat. (Because of ur highcosts) so SAD !!! U just made me bein sick to bein 😠 I will make my own Alfredo from now on I will wait till summer for my tomatoes.. Oh good news the people workin staunton red l WONDERFUL I hold it against corp not them. Take ur tomatoes & shuv. Oh salad not included for 28 $ now. U really suck!!!!$!

We ordered the family size crab linguini alfredo to take home. There was enough sauce and crab for half of the linguini. This happened last time we ordered this but thought we'd give it another try. Will not be going back there, very expensive mistake.

Made The Order Online. On Way To Pick Up Order... The Presumable Evening Manager, As She Said. Don't Remember If She Gave Me Her Name. But When I Asked To Speak To The Manager/Supervisor On Duty She Was Put On The Phone. Same Person That Called Me... Soooo....

Ok... Manager Called Me And Told Me That Shrimp Potstickers Were Not Available. That I Needed To Change My Options. She Did Not Know How I Even Got To Order Them. I Said, They Were On The List. I Thought As A Second Choice For Smaller Portion. (This Is The 2nd X I've Gone To Red Lobster Specifically For These) She Was Kind Of Snub At This Time. She Said We Haven't Had Them For 2 Weeks. (It's Not My Fault They Are On The Menu.)
Then She Said Biscuits Are ... Extra... I Asked How Many Come With The Meal, She Said 2. I Said That Was Plenty. So We Hang Up This Time.

I Quickly Look Through And It's Definately Missing Our Scampy. I Call Back... He Answers And I Explain That We Are Missing The Scampy. He Brings Out Two Cup Size Containers That I Knew Felt Really Light And Later Find Out Only Hold 5 Shrimp. Boy What A Miss!!!!! But We Head Home...

Once We Get Home... We Are Missing 2 Shrimp Skewers As Well.... By Now I'm Upset. We Only Live 4 Miles Away And With All The Waiting And Mistakes, The Food Is Not Even Warm. I Call Back, Get The Young Man First. Ask For The Manager/Supervisor And That Is When He Puts The Same Woman I Spoke With Earlier On The Phone.
By Now She Is Not Even Friendly.... She Is Of The Opinion That I've Asked For Too Much Food.... As I Will Share In The Moment....
She Says Shes Has Two Tables Together That Has Been There For Two Hours Eating Shrimp And They've Had No Issues. (What That Has To Do With Me, I Haven't A Clue.)
I Started, Stress Started To Explain, That When You Go Out Like This, Eating Like This Is Normal. (Meaning That If You Go Out For All You Can Eat Shrimp, Usually You Eat More Than Normal.) Before I Can Say Anything More... She Cuts Me Off And Says... Honey This Is Not Normal...
(What Happen To Customer Being Right! What Happen To Common Dignity When Serving Customers! I've Thought About Letting This Go, But This Is Allowing This Restaurant To Say This Is Ok To Treat People This Way ! Not To Mention When I Called Customer Service And They Put Me On Hold For Over 15 Minutes And Then I Was Disconnected! I Could Hear Them Pick Up The Phone To See If I Was Still On The Line As Well! Rude!!!!!!!!!
Anyway.... She Says, With All The Issues We've Had On The Order, Let's Send You Out A Free Meal To Your Email. She Asked If There Was Anything Else. I Said I Guess Not If You Are Going To Correct With The Email! (I Was Initially Only Asking To Be Reimbursed For The Skewers, Ie Pick Them Up Later As It Has Been A Horrible Visit So Far!)
She Hastily And Quickly Asks For My Email, And Dismisses Me! I Ask, Don't You Want To Write It Down? She Says No I Got It! (I'm Thinking, Unless She Pulls It From The Order, I No That Is Not True! My Name Is Original And It's Part Of My Email! )
With Her Attitude And Quick Dismissal, I Don't Really Believe That I'm Going To Receive The Email! Guess What!!! Again... 3rd Time Is A Charm!! It's Been Over An Month And No Email! If I Could Bold / Underline / And Change Colors On This Message I Would Emphasise How Rude I Feel She Was And How Messed Up The Order Was! And....... The Restaurant Was Dead!!!!

Amarillo Tx

Amarillo Tx, Its the worst store I've ever ate at.
We sat at the table for 20 minutes waiting on water. We sat there another 20 minutes to get waited on. We finally gave up and left.
The time before that I thought maybe they were just having a bad day. It took 50 minutes to get our food and by the time they bought it out it was cold. Its obvious they are not being managed.

Went to Red Lobster in Bloomingdale

Went to Red Lobster in Bloomingdale, IL. for lunch. Hrs. state they open at 11:00 a.m. Door was locked. So we called. Amy said they don't open until 11:30a.m. I said there was no sign saying that and she told us she didn't have time to put up the time. Came back at noon to a totally empty parking lot and restaurant. She was in another room to where we could see her. She never turned around when we came in talking infact no one was there to even great or seat us so we walked out. How Rude! We went down to La Campana not far from them. Had a great Mexican lunch.

If i could leave under a zero i would

If i could leave under a zero i would, Terrible,Terrible curb side service at the Madison hgts Mich location. Called to complain and they could care less! Shrimp was RAW and people were very rude and would not offer anything to compensate. NEVER GOING BACK EVEN IN GOOD TIMES!!!

Save your money!!

My family would go to Red lobster all the time. However they have really gone down a lot. They need to just stop the all you can eat shrimp. The servers do not want to take orders. They will not ask if you need or want anything else. I’m talking a simple glass of water. They want your money and you out the door!! Workers will deliberately lie abt things. This goes all the way up to management. They will tell you specials are over while I have an email stating something completely different. Yes I know not all offers are everywhere but the email CLEARLY STATED NC. The lady acted as if I had made the email up. My sister was sent the same thing. While waiting I over heard the couple behind me talking about the same offer. I told them what I was told,come to find out a lot of customers had the same problem. Another server told us a lot of ppl came in asking abt the same offer. The manager didn’t offer to take 10 cent off our meal or anything. She just stated She’ll have to call the corporate office. Now this made Red lobster look bad imo. I also had other issues before this. My experience was at the location in Hickory NC. Just save your money GO SOME WHERE ELSEWHERE!!!! I can no longer support a company like this.

Terrible curbside service

Terrible curbside service. Waited 2 hours and finally cancelled. Good luck trying to get the money back. I wrote to Red Lobster with no reply. Guess they dont need the business. Will go other places and I will let everybody I know about it. Too bad I always went there but no more.

Ordered curbside pickup from Medford OR…

Ordered curbside pickup from Medford OR location for Mother's day. Got there, at least 30 cars waiting. Waited over TWO HOURS for cold food. Didn't get everything we ordered AND PAID FOR, two of us had to share a meal. Several people waited three hours, others just left. I really like Red Lobster's food but this left a horrible taste in my mouth,

I love red lobster the best food ever…

I love red lobster the best food ever you can get good seafood good quality food I think everyone should go there it’s a nice seafood restaurant I personally love their crab legs their bread is divine and their Keylime pie is amazingWould recommend it to anyone

Very good! We often visit the Red Lobster in Santa Maria, California. We love this location because the staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I really love some of the rotating items on the menu, and it always keeps it fresh. My only complaint is they got rid of the regular fish and chips, which my family left. We are hoping they get it back. I’d like to mention they’re excellent reward app, which we use regularly to get delicious chocolate cake! We often visit the red lobster in Santa Maria, California. Birthday Dinner at Red Lobster Orland Park

I recently went for my birthday dinner and endless shrimp. My server Shadee was awesome. Not too pushy but checked on me enough. Also recommended an appetizer that I got for free being a member of My Red lobster Rewards. Orland Park is great. Clean, great food and awesome service.

Went to Red Lobster on 8/12/19 in Pueblo Co and it was EXCELLENT!!! Food was fresh and hot, Place was clean and waiter was awesome. Thanks for was wonderful afternoon Red Lobster and Mark, our waiter!!!
