I went to a Red Lobster restaurant.

I went to a Red Lobster restaurant some weeks ago, and remember several lobsters inside of an aquarium. I asked one employee about it. To my surprise, he responded that I could choose from any of them to be prepared on my plate. It sounded very cruel, but I was hungry and chose one. Time later I was enjoying it's meat. It was the most delicious lobster I have ever eaten. My wife went with me I remember telling her, it was true.

Bad customer service

So on March 6 picked up a to go order from the store on Lake Worth Rd and Jog....got home the fried coconut lobster tail was overcooked as were the shrimp skewers.called the store spoke to Susie the general manager ,she apologized said would put a gift card in the mail.10 days later no card so I called the store only to find she was on vacation and several other customers had also complained that they got zero in the mail.called today she denied ever having spoken to me and after some hassle she would send me the gift card...again she said she had no idea who I was....Such B.S

Rude manager

Went to the red lobster on jensen beach Florida on March 10, 2019 I was double charged. When I called the restaurant the manager accuse me of being a liar and was very rude to me.

Not so thrilled with the last few times…

Not so thrilled with the last few times I have been here. Decided to give them another try a few weeks ago and ordered pickup and I arrived exactly at my scheduled time of pickup it said online and I STILL waited over an hour for my food then had the manager argue with me about me having to give them 30 minutes to cook and prepare the food. With my food being cold by the time I arrived home and zero compensation and understanding from management I doubt I will return back to here for again a few more years. (Mall of Georgia location)

The food is greate

I have eaten their food for couples of times. The food is quite yummy. The last time I left $10 as tip to a waiter.
