Bad product, bad customer service
Not happy with this producer and its service.
One of my boots tore open at the heel just after a few months not too intensive use. After sending the fotoos they informed my that the boot was beyond repair and they wished my happy new year. That was it. No real excuses, no solution, no intent to meet me like halfway (return option, pay a little extra whatever) Something. Very disappointing.

I recently bought a Redskin jacket and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. The quality is outstanding — the material feels durable, the stitching is clean, and the fit is just perfect. It’s comfortable, stylish, and keeps me warm without feeling heavy. I’ve already received several compliments on it!
If you’re thinking about getting one, I highly recommend it. Fantastic product and definitely worth every penny!

Tiny sizes, bad customer service, no good will towards customers.
I was always a big fan of this Brand. I used to wear their jackets in my youth, but im done with this brand. The size im wearing is L and im always able to zip up or button up a jacket. I ordered a jacket in 2 different sizes in L and XL, in hope one of those 2 jackets will fit. WRONG. The XL felt like M and i couldn't even close the jacket, ridiculous and strange sizes they sell. They're recommending to buy a size above if you're between two sizes and thats what i did. But guess what? It still didn't fit and there's no refund off the shipping costs for customers outside of france. No good will towards customers or what so ever. My return arrived on Thursday 9:28 am but i didn't get any confirmation of the arrival from my return. I payed with credit card and should've have my money back by now, but nothing. I guess i have to wait 2 weeks for my money like these other customers here.
