As a matter of decency and respect for the customer, can you please confirm when I will receive my refund?
I am extremely unhappy with you after sales service. You really should as a matter of standard practice e mail a customer when you receive their returned package to let them know when they will receive their money back as a form of common decency. The customer should always come first!!!

I returned a jacket a week ago and my tracking says it was delivered, I've sent 3 mails and no reply, I even phoned them today and a French man said no English and hung up the phone. I really am not happy and I want my money back. I feel like I have been robbed!!!

I havent got a refund nor have I receieved my item, I'm waiting for my refund!!!
Its been over 2 weeks and no information from anyone!!
If I dont get my refund in the next month, I'm going to be in Paris and I hope to get my refund in store!! this is a joke, your customer service is the worst I have ever experienced!!! And I'm nt even far from FRance, In fact im in Switzerland! Next door! how can it take this long for one item!!
