I placed another order with Reeshma and I am not at all disappointed! The tailoring and quality is amazing and the dresses looked so much nicer in real life. I received so many compliments on the white and the pink dress from everyone. Excited to order more dresses from them!

Ordered my outfits for a wedding and the dresses came before the estimated arrival date. The dresses looked so much prettier in real life and the tailoring surpassed my expectation.
The 10% discount was a bonus too!

There customer service team mention me on very first day that my outfit was not available and also mention delivery time frame if I exchange with another outfit.. there service was very good and even I can't contact them via whatsapp there email communication was very quick. I will definitely recommend reeshma to my friends and family

Horrible people with horrible manners. They never give you a refund. All lies and accusations. Not trustworthy at all. If you contact them they start threatening and bullying. At the end they are never wrong. And keep 10% as the punishment of you returning the item not suitable for you. Would never buy or suggest them to anyone.Customer services lack manners and ethics.

I ordered a lengha XS,.very last minute! I was worried it wouldn't come in time, IT DID! I am extremely happy with my fitting and order. And the response from reeshma was amazing. Thankyou very much for my order and I will be ordering from reeshma again.

Horrible customer service. They are a nightmare. I ordered my Eid dress since they gave Eid promise. It was all a lie. They delayed my order so much that my dress didn't come on time. When I asked for a refund they stopped replying, so I commented on their instagram post. Instead of apologizing or giving a resolution they instead commented back rudely and when I replied back they deleted all the comments because they knew they were at fault. They also restricted my instagram account so no one can see my comments. Believe me when I tell you they are a SCAM. They don't care about keeping their customers happy. They still have not replied to my messages, so I will be filing a dispute with the bank. Thank god I kept all the screenshots! THE WORST ONLINE SHOP.

Follow up to their reply :
1. As I mentioned above they just blame their customers but don't admit their own fault.
2. They said I delayed measurements. The real FACT is that I ordered and sent my measurements on April 8th. I had to keep messaging them to confirm the order and measurements. On April 21st (after 2 whole weeks) they asked to confirm measurements, which I already correctly sent on April 8th. I replied back April 22nd. Only after 1 day as I am in the US and they are in the UK there is a time difference. 1 day is not late.
3. Despite replying a day after, they kept saying my order will come May 1st ( I have all the screenshots of our messages and comments for proof). It's the day of Eid and my dress has not came. They basically lied. All the bad reviews about them is true. Many others experiences the same.
4. They did stop replying. If they were closed they wouldn't be posting on instagram. They even left my messages on read. They saw it and chose to ignore it, but they went on their post and replied to my comments and then also deleted it because I was right.
5. They restricted my account. I know this because my friends weren't able to see my comments on their page.
6. Being truthful and taking accountability is the most important thing for a business to keep customers happy, but Reeshma definitely lacks that.
7. Reeshma left such a bad impression. They keep lying when I clearly have every screenshot of our conversation and comments. I saw other customers comments as well but they deleted it. I will soon be posting everything on my social media so other people can be cautious about this scam.

All I can share my experience with Reeshma is so amazing and satisfying.
I bought outfits for my wife for family wedding first outfit we receive was bit late and it was not there fault it was my fault because I didn’t mention my phone number and courier was unable to contact me. My wife loved her outfit it was standard stitching I selected however second one we ordered was with custom tailoring when we fill out measurement form we write our desire length with in 2 days Team Reeshma contacted us and mention that if we want to keep that length than we have to compromise bottom embroidery and they showed us pictures before stitching. I thank team for being honest unlike other sellers who just stitch and send outfit.
When I received second outfit it was perfect and they stitched it very well that we didn’t even notice that compromise embroidery.
They keep me updated at every stage only thing I didn’t get was my tracking number because I didn’t provide my contact details. So if you are reading this and planning to place order please mention your phone number.
One more thing they are very quick in replying with emails specially there gmail email.

Absolutely amazing service
When I was reading reviews I was bit confused however I contacted them regarding delivery and team was honest with time scale and they have kept me updated till I receive my outfit. Outfit is amazing as shown on there website.
Will 100% buy it again and recommend to my friends and family.

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY ON THIS WASTE OF A SHOP!!
Bought 5 outfits, one arrived the others she lied about it coming on a certain date and promised me it will arrive before a certain date then she gave me another date and was certain it will come before then as it was “stitching departments mistake”
2 days before my brothers wedding and the outfits are NO WHERE to be seen, I rang up the FAKE shipping label she sent me and they said that the reference number is not valid and that there is no parcel under it, baring in mind this is 2 days before the wedding. I bought matching heels matching jewellery, how stupid of me to put my trust in this stupid fake company.
I was really stressed as everyone had bought lilac outfits and where was me and my sisters supposed to find something lilac at such short notice, we then luckily found something. EXTRA MONEY was spent on buying more outfits and more jewellery.
I then had to threaten this REESHMA lady several times with going to the police and the bank before I got a reply off her saying she will refund me, days went by and I still didn’t get refunds, then I had to email her several times AGAIN and then she said she is having troubles with online payments LOL excuses after excuses, I then had to spend time writing out all the order information to then get my refunds.
I am yet to get a refund for the first dress that DID arrive but I want to return as I have no use for it as I would never spend so much money on an Asian suit as I never wear Asian clothes, this was meant to be for my brothers wedding. She is not replying to me no more.
She will only reply when you threaten her.
Everything about this company is fake and never order from them if you have any sense!!
Also the outfit doesn’t even look like the pic and people are right on the reviews when they say the outfit comes in a different colour no matter what they say it is their fault.

Experienced great customer service with Reeshma. The dresses I purchased were excellent - very high quality. No problems with payment or postage, and received my item on time. Will be coming back again, and will be recommending to everyone

This place sucks. Deserves 0 stars. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE they lie to you about when they will ship out your order and promise you that u will get it at a certain time but it never comes. Trust me do your research. They suck. There's a million other places to shop from and I should've know better. But now y'all do.

Not recommended! I waited 3 weeks which is expected due to the pandemic for my outfit to arrive, only to receive the incorrect colour item! There are three different colours to the outfit I ordered. After emailing the company to let them know I received the incorrect colour, I received reply with a link to the colour I ordered! To which I replied yes, that is what I ordered but did not get delivered, please check my order number and invoice!

On top of all of this the outfit was nothing like the image on the website. It was flat, no shape, the glitter was falling off everywhere. The website shows the outfit having full flare with net underneath to create structure to the dress, but this was just a flat anarkali.

I would not recommend the services to anyone, they do not offer refunds or exchange even when the fault is not yours! What a waste of money...like it grows on trees.

It would work if the order and invoice description is read correctly so the correct item is delivered instead of making it out that I ordered THAT colour. Evidence is on the Invoice and order email!

I ordered two outfits for Eid. It arrived a week later than Eid, which I didn’t complain because as per Covid situation around the globe there’s high chances of things being delayed. I cannot express at how disappointed I was when I opened my package. The dresses are totally totally different from the image. Embroidery, beads and everything. The material is extremely cheap. Not even 5% of what I actually paid for the outfits. I really wasted my money on these outfits. The stitching is so poorly done and not neat at all. It looks like second hand readymade outfit sold out on streets. I don’t know what these people get by cheating their customers. Never going to recommend anyone to order from this place. I ignored the reviews and went ahead to order but please who ever is reading this, please don’t waste your money. I wasted $285 on this company. There’s much much better and trustworthy online websites out there, please don’t waste your time money and expectation on these people.

I should have taken heed of the reviews here before I ordered but went ahead anyway because my first order was okay (not brilliant, but satisfactory). The 2nd outfit I ordered had a completely different colour dupatta to what was advertised on the picture and there was no description of the dupatta colour written down. I emailed them and got no reply and was ignored. Then when I went on their website chat - they did not even apologise and refused to accept there was an issue and that I was unhappy with the order. There wasn't even the question of trying to replace my order with a more suitable product or some sort of refund but they did not even apologise and made it out like it was my fault! I will not be ordering from here again and luckily there are better outlets out there which much better service. Sort yourselves out, Reeshma. Awful awful service.

UPDATE: as you can see from the reply below they are still refusing to accept there was a colour issue. It's not just me but 4 or 5 other people who have seen the product on various screens and devices. I find it hard to believe that we all are colourblind with faulty devices.

Again, like I said before - I did not have any doubts about the colour so don't you dare tell me that it's my fault and that I should have contacted you before. If I had doubts of course I would have contacted you. For anyone else reading this - please don't believe the description provided on the website, doubt everything and contact them before every order you make (although I wouldn't order in the first place). Plenty of better, less rude companies out there.
