Excellent product and great customer service

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I am absolutely furious I gave this company the benefit of the doubt. The stitching was horrendous. It did not look even close to the pictures shown and after providing pictures and outlining all the problems I was simply replied with the address to return the dress and that I would only be refunded for stitching. I live in Canada and shipping it back would cost me way more than the cost of the stitching. There was no acknowledgement no apology- NOTHING. Terrible product and terrible customer service.

They are completely unreliable. They provide no costumer service. They don’t respond to you at all, rubbish at communication. When they feel threatened by you they decide to block you on all social medias. Never ever buy from them. They only respond to you instantly when you write negative feedback about them. Don’t waste your time & money!!!!!

I bought a magnificent outfit from Reeshma to go to a wedding. I absolutely love it the material is of high quality. Everyone keeps asking where I got the dress! It's hard to keep the secret! Will buy again.

I must say, my wife was very impressed with the delivery, customer service and was excellent with the communication to make sure they can deliver exactly we my wife requested.

My wife usually would shop around in east London for any Asian clothing, I was recommended by one of my friend so I showed my wife, she was very interested and surprised with different types of Asian clothing and the work on the dresses. She loved the dress she received from Reeshma, it fit perfectly on her and received a lot of compliments. I don’t usually write reviews but this is worth every sec and show my appreciation of our purchase. I recommend to everyone this company for any Asian clothing. I have seen a recent review and they received 1 star but u guess company big as them with high followers, sometimes it won’t go well but since dealing with reeshma I am sure they can resolve any matter, we as the consumers need to understand these guys deal with a lot of clients and bound to make some mistakes. Overall they are great and if I could rate this company it’ll be 100 out of 5 stars 😁

If I could give zero star review I would! Absolutely terrible customer service. I ordered a grey dress with grey embroidery but the dress I received has gold embroidery. Its for a family wedding & colour scheme is grey. I contacted reeshma straight away but they don’t respond to emails or whatsapp msgs. I want to return it because its not what I ordered but they are now saying the dress is same as in the picture....they need their eyes testing!!!! Absolutely shocking customer service!

I recently ordered three outfits from Reeshma. One came out really nice and matched the picture on the website exactly. However, the color of the other two outfits I purchased were very off from the picture. I also custom tailored one of the outfits and specifically entered the inseam/ pant size to be 24 inches since my sister is 4 feet tall. However, the pant size is 34 inches, and this will be very difficult to get tailored considering the significant difference of length. This is very troubling and disappointing considering I ordered the outfit in advance to arrive right for an event in two weeks. But now I won’t even be able to return it. I emailed them my concerns, hopefully I hear back.

Before I order in Fashion ka Fatka but they are CHEATER ! the size are not good ( I send my measurements ) I order on 10th october, I received my outfits on December ! I tell them I need it for the 10th november, They tell me " Yes, don't worry" .
When I saw Reeshma.com I say I will try with them and I so satisfied ! I order on 17th July I received it on the 31 July ! They leave you chose with " basic " size or you can give your measurements. Plus you have lots of chose ! I love this website ! Good Luck and see you soon

Everyone is talking about how bad their custom stitch is. Don’t worry! I bought two dresses, one custom and one small. Just got them. I gave them exact measurements for the custom. Mistake. The dress fit but the shoulder and arm areas were super tight which was cutting off my blood circulation. When you give them the measurements make sure to add half an inch or an inch to the original to make it more comfortable. The quality however is great. Came in exactly 2 weeks. The dresses fit nicely everywhere else though. The size small dress was amazing in fit though. I’m going to bring the custom to a tailor so they can fix the arms though.

Loved the quality of the product I ordered and the speed of delivery!

I am lauging at their audacity to lie publicly saying they replied to my emails, giving the fake times and yet being extremely rude and saying they can't screenshot it. Of course, you can't because you never replied to any of emails or texts despite me trying to contact you several times. And I have checked all of my junk mails as well so may be the emails lost their way when coming to me.
Their customer service honestly deserve 0 star.

My order came in time (to France) and I’m entirely satisfied ! I was afraid because it was for my sister’s wedding. The dresses are exactly the same as the pictures, beautiful ! Since I’m pregnant I took a size above mine and it’s perfect. I definitly recommand. And now I know that I can count on Reeshma if I have an event.
Also I would like to thank the person who reply in what’s app for the help and quick answers.

This was one of my worst purchases ever made online! I dont know if all these reviews are real or fake because I've experienced very bad customer service and they messed up on my palazzo pants. I cannot return my dress nor exchange it. Mind you, THEY are the ones who messed up my pants. Shouldn't they try to help me out???? The dress was perfectly fine but the pants looked nothing like the picture. This is unbelievable!!! Their not even on live chat anymore. I tried contacting them through WhatsApp and emailed them. They would only return $5. What is that going do?? I just want my dress fixed or you send me another pair because YOURE the one who messed up!! I barely get back emails from them!
