I bought several suits from Reeshma and after asking for custom sizing for all of the suits and specifying the sizes accurately, all the sizes came wrong.

I advised Reeshma's customer service, which was the most unprofessional person I have ever had the chance to speak too. She was condescending and not showing any care at the fact that they didn't size up the suits right. I even sent pictures to her showing that the sizes are incorrect for each suit and are off by 2 or more inches in all places which was met with her stuck up attitude. She told me to go to my own tailor to fix the suits (I paid 30 pounds per suit for custom stitching!!!), even then my tailor said that the suits weren't made to my measurements.

She did advise me of an option of sending the suits back to India at my own cost (Why at my own cost when they clearly didn't do it right in the first place?) and they also said that if they cannot find extra material, nothing can be done and they won't replace it. So sending a suit all the way across the globe at my cost and they won't replace it if it's their mistake?

People get greedy over money, clearly shows in this instance. She was very happy to talk to me when I was ordering a large order, but condescending and ignoring me when I made the order and got the suits.

I would suggest not to order from here, I have literally binned 600 pounds of my money.

I have bought an item and was advised that providing it is returned within 2 days I will get a full refund however they are not willing to provide a return address.I was told I would get the item over 2 weeks ago so they did not fulfill their obligation and now don't want to refund my money.

I've been ordering my eid outfits from Reeshma for the past 3 years and I have not yet been disappointed. They've provided me with all the services I'd requested for, including modest stitching and custom tailoring.
Their customer service is amazing, dealt with all my queries very promptly.

Ordered and paid for a dress @ £70 since 24th of April. Haven’t heard from this company since then. I sent them an email no response at all !!!

I ordered an outfit(semi stitched) for my Mom last year before Eid. I got it in time and I was quite happy with it. It was my first time online shopping and I was quite worried about the quality but I was satisfied and quite happy with the my purchase. The reason as to why I’m reviewing this site so late is because I read some bad reviews and thought I’d share my experience. I might do my Eid shopping at Reeshma this year as well 🙂.

Absolutely DISGUSTING service. We had ordered 3 eid dresses from them which were ridiculously priced. Despite paying £30 more per dress to get it stitched, the pearls were falling off and stitches were coming apart. We had emailed and called several times to fix the issue and finally after a week they picker up the phone. They said we could send our clothes back and that is would be better stitched in time for eid which was two and a half weeks from the day we sent the package back. Two days later they call us and tell us they can’t get the clothes tailored in time and refuse to refund, having spent over £400 on the dresses, stitching, extra lining and postage x3. We were left without any eid clothes for my 3 children and when the clothese did arrive a month after eid, the stitching was worse than when we sent it and they had forgotten the lining. They had said we were very lucky for even taking back the clothes to restitch, even tho we had PAID them to do so, and then decided to ignore us when we messaged in regards to the lining. Such horrid service and clothing, they are a scam. Never to order again.

I was mostly happy with the product I received, it was slightly different than shown but overall acceptable. Nothing was completely misrepresented, it had more to do with lower quality stitching than anything else (zipper did not connect with the waistband, skirt not pleated as shown, appliques placement slightly different than designer). Nothing that I can't get fixed at a tailor. I was concerned that it took them over 2 weeks to ship my package - I did not receive a confirmation that my order was received and I inquired twice as to the state of my order. They were cordial and responsive each time but I would have preferred if I didn't have to ask for status updates on my order or why/when it would be shipped.
