Bought this Gorgeous set for my son’s 16th, as he’s been playing since he was about 6 and wanted a smart set for himself. Order arrived very quickly
Order arrived very quickly. Unfortunately there was a small flaw in the board so I contacted the company and the lady could not have been more friendly or helpful, sent out a new set which arrived the next day! A courier arrived a day or two later to collect the old set. Very impressive customer service.
Absolutely delighted with my set, it is just exquisite. Highly recommend this company.

Ordered on 12th Feb, 2-3 day delivery and it arrived on 12th March..... I emailed customer service 3 times - they never responded.
Had to harass FedEx to get the package at last.

We have to say that we are completely mystified by your review, and as such, we have investigated this further as it is not the experience we create or wish for our customers.
We confirm receipt of your order Friday 12th February, sadly not in time to catch the courier that day so we despatched it on the next working day which was Monday 15th February via Fedex. Shipments to Ireland using this service are normally 2-3 working days.
Unfortunately, the delay that followed was completely out of our control due to the chaos that reigned in customs/couriers at this time. We confirm that we received an email from you Sunday 21st Feb enquiring about the delivery. As this was over the weekend, we responded the morning of Monday 22nd February advising of the delays and an update on the parcel. A response from you the same day was to thank us and advise that you would be back in touch, if the delay continued.
That was the last communication we received from you ..... until this review. We are really sorry that your parcel was amongst the 1000s that were delayed in the new taxation regime and the fiasco experienced by most if not all the couriers thereafter.
We do hope you enjoy your stunning chess set and stay safe.
