Although I did not get the chess set I wanted the personal phone call discussion on options and ultimate quality of the product and education I received from them was superb... rather than an Atlantic Staunton set I received a French Staunton set and board ... just simply superb

Fantastic Products and excellent Customer Service
Purchased Chess Board and Luxury Staunton Chess Pieces (Ebony).
The Board arrived very quickly and was superbly packaged. I waited a further week for the Pieces to arrive. No joy! I contacted Paula at Regency via email to explain the situation. Paula’s response was magnificent. She apologised profusely, stating that they should have been delivered at the same time as the Board. Probably a mistake at the warehouse! The Chess Pieces & Box arrived the NEXT day and once again everything was superbly packaged. The quality and condition of all items received was perfect. Beautiful in fact. I was highly satisfied with everything and would not hesitate for one moment to use or recommend the Regency Chess Company in the future.
