Be wary !! …
I purchased Mesoestetic X.prof 020 20% Vitamin C Ampoules (20 x 5ml) and when the package arrived one of the ampoules was smashed with the vitamin C all over the place. I immediately contacted them and asked them to send a replacement. It seems they needed to investigate this so I sent photos numerous times and asked them to replace the smashed one. That was about 4 weeks ago. I don’t understand what any investigation has to do with me. I received a damaged order and asked for one ampoule to be replaced. I’ve sent several emails but no response. This was not cheap and why won’t they replace a broken glass ampoule full of pure vitamin C. I definitely won’t be dealing with them again and advise others to be wary !

Poor customer support and products unsafe to use!
Brought an item on a special offer, all the details were fine no reason as to the promotion. The item arrived no seal totally wrong colour so the product must have gone off and so unsafe to use. They wouldn't replace the item for what was expecting, I was just asked to send the item back for a refund or pay more money for one that was ok.

However, the item you purchased was part of a special offer, which was sold without packaging and this was reflected in the reduced price at the time of purchase.
Although our returns policy does not normally cover these items, we made an exception in your case as a gesture of goodwill and agreed to accept the return and issue a refund.
To clarify, this is not a situation where you are required to pay more for a replacement item. The issue is that we cannot send out a brand new, full-price product when the original purchase was a discounted sale item. As stated in our terms and conditions, special offer items are not eligible for exchange.
Throughout this process, our customer service team aimed to support you as much as possible. They provided several options and guided you through the available steps. While we understand you were unhappy with the item itself, our team did their best to assist you and resolve the situation.

Next day by 12 doesn't always mean the next day

My order was not placed ay 8pm on Saturday, it was placed at 8pm Friday as I was desperately looking for somewhere that could provide next day delivery for a client appointment on Saturday after another supplier let me down. I understand now that you don't operate at weekends. However, this was not clear hence why I paid £28 delivery for what I thought was a fast tracked weekend service so I wanted to share this review so others do not experience this and end up paying an inflated delivery charge expecting to receive a product the next day.
I ordered a product on a friday that I needed urgently for a Saturday clinic (after my usual suppliers delivery had not arrived) and paid £28 delivery charge for the service. However the product did not arrive until the following Tuesday. When I contacted the company and asked for a refund for the delivery charge they refused stating it meant "next working day". This wasn't made clear at the point of ordering and was very dissapppointing and costly!

Your order was placed at 8pm on Saturday, when our warehouse is closed. Because of this, the order could not be processed until Monday morning when we reopened. Our delivery information explains that our service is “next working day” delivery rather than “next day” delivery, and weekends are not counted as working days.
Your order was placed at 8pm on Saturday and delivered before 12pm on Tuesday, which is within the expected timeframe for our next working day service once the warehouse reopened.
To make the most of our next working day delivery, we recommend placing orders before 5pm during our opening hours, as this allows us to dispatch the order the same day.
That said, we are always open to feedback and would welcome any suggestions on how we could make our delivery information clearer for customers.

Very disappointed with this company.
I first tried to pay twice on their website using my credit card, but both payments failed. I was told I would receive an email and that the payment would be automatically refunded.
After that, I made a bank transfer instead. It has already been one week, and my order still has not been shipped.
I then contacted customer service to follow up, but they asked me to confirm the name on the payment, even though I had already provided the order number, the transfer record, and my address when I made the payment.
I honestly don’t understand why this process is so inefficient and frustrating. I have paid, provided all the information, and still no shipment and no clear solution.
Very poor experience.
