Despite the product having performed…
Despite the product having performed almost perfectly - most of the functions of my original Yamaha RX V2095 remote control -, there is one function that does not opperate: adjusting the level of individual speakers. This is an important fuction to have the system functioning as it would do. The company sent me two suggestions to test the RC, but none worked. I informed them by e-mail the results of the two suggestions, in detail. After more than a week, they only said that the Yamaha manual, once consulted, made their technician sure that there was nothing to be adjusted or corrected in the RC program. I complained about that answer and since then, no further communication from the company.
This is against what is advertised and guaranteed by the company about the "100% compatibility" with the original RC, which shows they have no interest in solving all problems related by the consumer. My last attempt was to send them a short video, showing my actions in following the steps they guarantee that it would work and, at the same time, framing the equipment display.

UPDATE - Support is actually there.
Final UPDATE:
The company actually was very fast to send me another remote and refund for 50% of the cost delivery included.
However the problem was the same annd i could not even powered it on. (yes: the batterie were working)
The uk site ebay sent me the correct remote that worked.
i cant add another star as the obligation for result was not met, but they actually did their best for correcting a situation.
UPDATE :
After being frustrated by the repetitivve question "are the batteries correctly inserted", i had actually a genuine answer for support and a partial refund, which was not obligatory, but i appreciate the gesture. Another remote will be send, I hope that one can actually power on and off the appliance or have the correct set of settings.
The answer for support was actually fast once the matter was escalated.
I am reviewing this from 1 to 3 stars (for now)
I needed a replacement for my amberglo fireplace, as my dog found a new toy in the original one.
I was not sure that could be found but eventually found 2 website, one on ebay, and Remote Control WORLD.eu
for around 15 euros, they send you another one, but already programmed like the other one.
Except nothing worked as you would expect even the start/stop of the fireplace. and when it works, it keep increasing like a loop but no option to decrease, unless you go for full loop... some option are not even working at all. its pathetic ? yes ... wait :
I emailed them and the first answer of any support would be to check the batteries ... i answered again with more details, stressing that if the batteries were not changed or correctly inserted, it would not work at all...their answer was the exact same.
So, obviously its a robot with a company that have absolutely NO WILL to fix the situation
DO NOT RECOMMEND.. AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!
The site on ebay seems to send at least the same one ... will see

Amazing, my 10 year old soundbar works fine but I lost the remote long time ago and there is no official way of reordering it. EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM START TO FINISH
When VELUX stopped making the WLR 100 50 02 remote control hand set to operate my windows, they suggested that I replace the complete window control box, cables, motor and instal a solar panel to power the motors, at a cost of nearly GBP £800 for 2 windows. This is an abhorrent waste of perfectly good VELUX components and our precious planet's finite resources.
I could not find a VELUX remote control handset in the UK, but REMOTE CONTROL WORLD in Czechia could supply a unit that provided the basic remote control that I needed. REMOTE CONTROL WORLD has provided me with excellent service and customer support. I would definitely use them again if I cannot find electronic products in the UK and I give REMOTE CONTROL WORLD an excellent recommendation.

I came across this brilliant company because the remote control that comes with the Q2 sound bar is woefully inadequate and broke within a year. Remote Control World offer a much more resilient and user-friendly pre-programmed remote that is compatible with the sound bar. When ours inexplicably stopped working, Adam at Remote Control World was so helpful in getting the problem fixed, helping to diagnose the problem, and sending a replacement control promptly and at no additional cost.
