I sent them all the details in luding pics and they replied that customer services would be in contact with me in the next 1 to 2 working days. That was on the 3rd of december and I'm still waiting. Absolutely useless.

Bought online but somewhere in the online experience I lost the discount and ending up paying more than I thought I would

I placed an order on Sunday for a remote control for my garage door. It wasn’t an easy transaction as their pay method rejected my cc twice prior to acceptance. I wanted two controllers but realised right at the end that the + button on the side hadn’t worked. It did only charge for one but the carriage charge was an exhorbitant £6+ which is why I wanted to order two together. I attempted to telephone the following morning at around 09.30 but they were not responding to any of their telephone numbers. I emailed them at 10.00 explaining asking them to add an additional remote and charge to the same credit card. They eventually replied at 15.51 to say they could do nothing, they had just dispatched my order. Suggesting I reorder, which would of course attract another carriage charge. I did respond to their email but did not receive the courtesy of a further reply. Very poor / non existent customer service! It gets worse! Only due to my review (no other communication) they eventually offered by a code for free delivery to place a further order. The code lasted 24 hours! When I attempted to use it the prices on their site had increased to a similar cost to that which I previously paid including carriage. These people are ‘a waste of space’. They know nothing about customer service. To me customer service is about responding in a timely manner, not two weeks later. On 30th I sent a further complaint, have I received a response NO. They’re either so busy they need more staff or just can’t be bothered!

Fair price and good service

The instructions for connecting the new door remote worked without a problem.

Ordered a fob (I needed 8 across different properties, but ordered only 1 to begin with after reading negative reviews)

A month later, called them to say I hadn’t received it, even though I had an email for feedback on the undelivered product. They said it’s out of stock, obsolete. Though still being advertised for sale?

So I asked for a refund. Never received it. Still trying to recover the money. Would definitely not recommend ordering from this company.

Update; I have now received a refund. So upgraded review to 2 stars due to selling item with no stock .

remote wont either program or clone customer service is useless the girl i was talking to had not got a clue always kept saying be back as quick as i can gave me a customer support mail address that was refused as no such address
