I returned my item on the 29th of December, I had confirmation that they received it. I am yet to receive my refund. I have been sending emails daily for them to be ignored or given the same script.

products in bad condition received so sent back for a refund, as promised. After initially denying receiving them, a month later they randomly just send the products out to me again!!! The products are now sat at Wowchers colletion facility where I am told that I must collect them or they will be destroyed and no refund issued, so I will need to get at my own expense and time to collect again and pay again for an attempt at return.

Ordered Apple Watch 3G in Space Grey. Sent 4G in Rose Gold. Tried to complain via Wowcher and WhatsApp to no avail. Decided to try and keep watch. Wouldn't hold any charge! I returned the watch and they received this 19.12.2026 but I am still waiting for a refund for the watch and my return postage! No response to emails. So frustrating. Will now report to Trading Standards.

Scam Company - do not use. I purchased a refurbished apple watch, and when received, the face of the watch was badly damaged. I returned the watch and asked for a refund. Tracking through Royal Mail showed the watch was signed for, but spent weeks chasing my refund. When they finally got back to me they said the watch they received was not theirs as the serial number does not match the watch they sent me. So they were insinuating that I was the fraudulent party. I disputed this, but they said I was not eligible for a refund. I asked to escalate and for it to be looked into but I haven’t had a response. Luckily I paid via Credit card, and they have been great but if I hadn’t paid by credit card I would have been out of pocket. Wish I read reviews before purchasing- but lesson learnt! Don’t give this scam company any of your hard earned money!

Item arrives and the condition would have been poor at best..certainly not anything more and not what I would gift my 7yo as part of Xmas! Returned it as agreed and they received it tracked on 4th Dec 25..still,to date,no money back. Only continuous fobbed off emails with lies/delays and unexistent timescales for refunds which never come. Have had to raise a formal complaint via Wowcher who have also been useless & rise a claim via PayPal to try and get money back..now after 5 weeks still nothing. AVOID AVOID AVOID THEY ARE CROOKS

Ordered a 40mm Apple Watch for my daughter. I paid extra for fast deliver. It arrived today but it's the 44mm version. Now my daughter won't have a christmas present in time.
Also, the quality of what they sent me is very poor. Yes, it's a used item but the condition of the watch is shockingly bad. There are deep scratches on the screen and a crack in the bottom corner. Avoid this company at all costs. Looking at other reviews on here I'm going to struggle to get my money back.

Contact this email with as much information about your purchase from Wowcher/renew electronics, and keep e mailing them. I did this for 3 weeks and I think they got fed up and refunded me. When asking for a refund state you do not want a credit note for Wowcher, you want a refund directly onto your debit or credit card.

I ordered an Apple watch for my husband's birthday, it arrived and looked pretty shabby but I accepted as it was second hand after all. However, the battery would not hold charge. I emailed and as others have said, have been passed from pillar to post and despite being promised a refund within 5 days, over a month later, still nothing!
I am absolutely furious. There is no way of contacting the company other than email and they take ages to respond. Do not buy from them!!!

I bought an Apple Watch Series 5 through Wowcher I paid £79 plus and extra £9.99 delivery. Delivery date was today. Didn’t receive any emails to say my order had been processed or shipped so got in touch with the company which had to be through email and they still have even processed the order. Customers services is 0/10, reliability 0/10 I don’t expect pay nearly £90 out of my hard earned money for service this mediocre.

I got a voucher for a Lenovo Chromebook through Wowcher which I redeemed and had to pay an extra £9.99 for delivery. I was to have it delivered by 4th December. It did not arrive, so i follwed instructions to and emailed them and the auto response said it didn't recognise my number on their system and asked I had redeemed my voucher. When I replied it was undeliverable and emails kept bouncing back. I sent so many emails with all of the information to confirm my order. Eventually I was told to go back to Wowcher . There is no customer service for either Renew or Wowcher- you cannot speak to anyone. You have to WhatsApp a message and converse with a bot. They have now told me to go back to Renew Electronics. And so the cycle continues. After reading all of these reviews it's clear they are a scamming company. DO NOT USE.

Fraudulent and dishonest sellers. I bought a refurbished Chromebook which should had only cosmetic signs of wear and tear. What I received was aChromebook with one of the hinges smashed off. I returned as requested in order to receive a refund, only to receive a second unrequested damaged Chromebook through the mail a few days later - this time though, the touch pad had been hacked away at both bottom corners with a sharp instrument. A smashed hinge and destroyed touchpad are not cosmetic signs of wear and tear. They have refused to refund me BOTH sets of return postage and request that I return the 2nd damaged Chromebook. Why should I pay up front for return postage, when I was supposed to get a refund, not another damaged Chromebook? Also, I do not have the spare cash to keep paying for return postage. I am now stuck with a damaged laptop that is absolutely no use to me and am £70 out of pocket. Utter rip off merchants.

Renew Electronics and Ultimo Electronics have been the worst companies I have ever dealt with, and their behaviour borders on fraudulent.
I originally ordered a 44mm Apple Watch Series 4 GPS and Cellular in Space Grey from Renew Electronics through a Wowcher voucher. I received it on 22/09/25. It arrived scratched, dirty and with a weak battery. It did not resemble a refurbished product.
I returned the device on 26/09/25. They confirmed receipt on 02/10/25. From that point they dragged the refund out with constant delays, excuses and repeated copy and paste messages. They kept giving dates for when the refund would be issued. None of those dates were honoured.
Instead of refunding me, Ultimo Electronics sent an unsolicited replacement device without my consent on 12/11/25. It went to the wrong address and I never received it. They then tried to link my refund to a 30 working day Royal Mail investigation for a parcel I never asked for and never had. This felt like a tactic used by scam style companies to avoid issuing refunds.
Both companies ignored the fact that they had already received my original return in early October. Under consumer law, they should have refunded me within 14 days. Instead they refused to take responsibility and tried to shift the blame to courier errors and their own unauthorised shipment.
Their behaviour has been suspicious, evasive and misleading. They rely on fake timelines, contradictory information and circular excuses. It felt like dealing with scammers from start to finish.
**EDIT:**
Only after I posted this review on 14/11/25 did they suddenly email me today (17/11/25) claiming the refund had now been processed. Instead of sending the money back to my original payment method, Wowcher added an £85 wallet credit to my account. This is useless to me because I will never use Wowcher again. I now have to go through yet another painful process to try to force Wowcher to actually refund the money back to my card.
Avoid Renew Electronics and Ultimo Electronics at all costs. Their customer service is dishonest, their practices are questionable and they should not be trusted on any platform.
Highly DON’T recommend this site.
Worst company ever. Send back a watch 3 weeks ago and I still have to wait till next week to get my refund. The grade B silver 44mm watch turned out to be an unusable blue grade M. Absolutely shocking sending someone out that for £155 🤮 also selling iPads that don’t update anymore which is useless when using apps.

This company is a fraudulent company who ive reported to the authority of financial regulation and turns out they are not even registered. They are not being investigated and so is wowcha who would be aware of this. You can also see that they have been in liquidation several times and have opened new limited companies to avoid being found. Unfortunately you chose the wrong customer as ive done law and business and know my legal rights. I also dont take kindly to anyone who gets between me and my money.

I purchased a Chromebook and paid for express delivery. The delivery date given was when I was going to be at home. I log on to find the delivery date has changed, so I contact Renew to change the delivery address as the product has not been. Shipped.
Was told they couldn't change the delivery address, which is strange as other companies can, especially since the product had not been shipped.
So, product arriving when not home, so I asked for it to be delivered the following day, when I would be at home. No, I was told, can't chamge them delivery date
So now it will sit in the post office and be returned as I am not able to receive it.
