I went through them because they provided the cheapest price for an airport collection - which is important to me as a single parent with two young kids and a load of bags.
When I arrived, I naturally used the document provided by rent.it but it was completely incorrect. The car collection details were wrong - they were not based at the airport and the rental company did not have an office on site. The local contact number provided did not work. The UK based back up number did not work. I eventually had to pay and additional 30Eu to taxi across town to the postal address of the actual rental company who were helpful but the rent.it element ruined the start of our holiday and set us behind our travelling companions. Very disappointing.
I have asked for a refund/reimbursement. I will update the review when it occurs.

Cost increased for US driver
I accidently entered driver was from United Kingdom and when I edited info to correct it to United States the cost increased by over $100. What is the reason for this? All other info remained the same. Price was still good, but that seems weird and caused me concern.
