Bad Security Practice
When I created/updated my password,Rent.it sent me the password in clear text in an email. Are you kidding me? In this day and age, you send a password in an email?! I wonder if your employees can read my password in the software database too? You really need to work on your security practice as what you are doing here is very unacceptable security practice. Passwords should be encrypted in your database, and no software administrators or user should be able to read it. They should only be able to reset it if need be.

The booking process was fast and easy
The booking process was fast and easy. This is my first time using rent.it but they appear to offer considerably better rental rates than any other vendor I've found. We'll see how the transaction at the airport goes. The pessimist in me is expecting some unpleasant surprises.
