My experience is customer services did pass the message to the appropriate team. I have not heard anything from them to visit that I have reported, even that not given me any reference that I contacted you.

We use Rentokil for one of our properties and while maybe a tad more expensive than operators for our other site the kit used is more advanced, the service seems more thorough, and i generally have more confidence in its effectiveness. Our technician Mariusz Wolinski is always cheerful and works around our staff and customers.

I'm very happy to know I'm pest free. Due to Darren the lovely technician who carried out the necessary work to erradicate the problem. He was polite, friendly and above all extremely professional. But....on that note in the nicest possible way....I don't want another visit anytime soon. 😊

Mariusz the Rentokil engineer arrived on time. He thoroughly went through the building checking for infestation. Mariusz reset and cleaned any traps that were activated and also checked the others.
He also gave great advice on preventing any more infestation. I would use again and recommend Mariusz.

Over the last few months, we've seen a rapid improvement in our site. Thomas at Rentokil, has been key to this. Lowered our pest sightings, and helped achieve a 5 star EHO score. He's been attentive to our situation, communicated exactly what he was doing or going to do, even came to the sight within a hour of calling up for a call out. Amazing asset to your team, thank you!

Rohan Patel came 3 times as agreed and was on time very thorough courteous and informative on each occasion.

The quote from Rentokil was unbelievable... removal of rodents - £1000, drain survey £1100 plus VAT. I am absolutely astounded by the price quoted, plus it was £120 to get the quote in the first place. Local pest control (same number of visits, same treatment with bait and hi-viz powder to show route of entry) - £320. Drain survey with a local recommendation - £120. This suggests that Rentokil are trading off their reputation and massively inflating what would be reasonable. Really disappointing as I have used their services for other home maintenance activities.
